I made this tonight, though I didn't have but Sunflower seeds for the inside and Poppy & Sesame seeds for the outside. Just excellent! I was very happy and made it just like you did to the T. Thank you for a great recipe. 😃
I'm glad I found this video. Thank you for showing all the steps. I will be using a bread machine (Christmas gift) for the first time & eventually want to finish a loaf in the oven. I notice that you put the seeds in without waiting. Is that the best way for when finishing in the oven? Also, I am going to do chia, flax, and sunflower and wonder if it will be better to roll the loaf in a tiny mixture before proofing for the oven. I am super excited but procrastinating until I watch some more experienced bakers for a while :-)
Hi! I I think a better option would have been using and egg wash to hold the seeds on better. I have a whole playlist of bread recipes if you are interested.
Bread machine and rapid rise are the same type of yeast. They both are fast acting as apposed to active dry yeast which can sometimes need to be proofed before mixing into the dough. :)
@@LeighsHome05 Me too! as well I want to put those lovely seeds and oats on top of the bread and my Cuisinart Bread Machine has a "vertical" loaf style, not fond of a flatter square loaf of bread that it makes. :(
Just before the final rise, I push the dough to the side and remove the paddle. No holes.
Gonna make this this weekend!
Thank you, love your bread pan.
I like how you made a small loaf of bread
That look so good. I don't have a bread maker but wish I did. Thanks, Leigh.Have a wonderful day. XO from Tennessee.

Yummy 😋
A don't see sugar?
It looks delicious I love 🍞 but 🍞doesn't love me lol
Why didn’t you let the bread bake in the bread maker itself?
I prefer the crust of the oven-baked.

Hi .. so how long did it take in the over? thank you !
It took the full 45 minutes. I would advise you start watching the bread after about 35 minutes.
No sugar???????
Which bread maker is this?
It's by sunbeam. I can't find it on Amazon anymore and mine broke.
