this is great man. I've been looking everywhere for TH-cam videos that covered D&D lore. somewhat akin to the fallout and elder scrolls lore videos. perfect marks man. Thank You. keep up the good work.
Thank you for this. Soon I'm going to be dungeon mastering a ghost of saltmarsh campaign in the world of greyhawk. The Source I'm using is Gary gygax's book published in 1983. Still this is helpful
Garl Glittergold... is an asshole. He genocided the Kobolds and then claimed it was a prank. _SOMEHOW_ he's labeled as Lawful Good. I think his alignment is a prank, and his real alignment is chaotic-neutral.
I need someone to explain to me the storyline from. Grayhawk to forgotten realms to dragonlance to ebbron and how the story of the world, dieties, and storyline interconnects/or not. If I were to read the story and lore, where do I begin and where do I end.
These worlds are separate, there is no iverarching narrtive linking them. Some have characters and creatures that either traverse planes or exist in more than one setting. Forgotten realms has a lot of narrative to it, Greyhawk is a settting that is more open to dm changes, most what is cinsidered "canon" can be the worlds history, detailed in the greyhawk gazeteer, and the modules released for the setting, but the canon in greyhawk is pretty light unlike FR

I thought it was Garl Glittergold, not Narl Glittergold.
You are correct.
Well done friend. It would have helped to have the names of the gods with their pictures to better remember them...

Everything was read directly from Wiki.
Nice vid
You used the 3.0 deities book but didn't bother reading the pronunciation guides...?
Grumish lol
Nice video! Too bad you won't be continuing the serie :(
Anybody have the spelling on Garl Glittergolds axe?
He miss pronounced 8/10 gods
More please m8 :D
You forgot Lolth.
And Rao.
Lolth is in Toril not Oerth.
@@Xopher30 Lolth is both. Maybe she's not recognized as a god per se on Oerth, but still present.
Xopher she resides in the Abyss, which is present in every setting except Eberron and nobody who plays d&d properly uses the Eberron setting.
Music is way too loud.
You did not mention iOS
Why is Coralon so hot?
Because elf trap?
