    Hi Mathew, I'm a fan all the way from Malaysia. After watching so many videos of yours, I truly admire how can you have so much time for doing so much things in life. To me, everything that you do requires a lot of brainpower, ideas, research, designing and still not to mention the time you need to dedicate to work and personal life. Looking forward to see you making videos on your time management skills! Keep up the zen vibes! :)

    I really appriciate the fact that he pointed it at last that all this is a little extra and you don't need all these to enjoy a cup of coffee. It all depends on your own inetrests and hobby on how much extra you want.
    Loved your clean design it really inspires me how you used a bathroom handle for the cart and how you can DIY a bit to improvise things to be used as something else and enhance the looks.

    As a former member of the Coffee Landia Staff, I myself prefer the tree design for my lattes, but that's a personal preference. My biggest tip for steaming the milk is to bounce the steaming cup several times up and down when you start. Because, if you don't, the thing will let out an ear-shattering high pitch screech... Your equipment - in total awe... Beautiful set-up and execution.

    Latte Art Tip: The Huskee cups are quite deep when I pour into them at work you need to grab the at the top between the index finger and thumb then angle it quite far, it looks like you should start the latte art pour earlier also. Dont for get to swirl your milk and espresso until you start pouring. Hope this helps man

    You described my journey with coffee and I am looking into getting a more nuanced or heightened next level experience. I went from instant coffee mixes, to the pods, and I been using an aero press and it's good but I know and feel like it could be better and so I am trying to figure out what comes next and can I make a similar quick experience like the aero press but a better cup of coffee. I feel like it won't be that much better but I also don't actually know lol what I like about aero press is it takes me only like 3 minutes to make and it cleans up in like a minute.

    • @MatthewEncina
      @MatthewEncina  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I still use an aeropress at home, and it’s still great. But I have been considering updating that with another pour over method. Personally I’ve enjoyed what I’ve extracted from the Origami the most, especially when it comes to light/medium roasts. So I may get another for home.

      @piplup10203854 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@MatthewEncina Hmm, I see. 🤔 Yeah I honestly use the aero press several times a week and it's definitely good enough for my needs.
