The best investment one can do right now is investing on real estate though stocks are good but ever since I swapped to real estate, I've seen so much difference.
Please i need help, i have $1k saved in my account and i really wish to use it to invest on real estate but i don't know what to do....please i need opinion.
I’m finishing up my credit hours and should have my license by mid December, finding your videos was awesome!! Hoping I can even touch a cusp of what you have done…Will completely change my families life…thank you!!
This is so useful, I was stuck in a wrong brokerage where my first year having to work with random leads from their marketers which was from Facebook Ads only…Didn’t have time for even trying to find or generate leads from other sources by myself. Didn’t want to complain but just being blamed from the leader that I didn’t do anything is ugly for me because for that crappy low salary if I could have quality leads by myself why would I having to deal with low pay and having to share commissions with the brokerage right? I would have left and find quality leads by myself and own 100% commissions rather than being there and being blamed that I couldn’t sell or doing nothing lol Im so glad I got the contract broke and came out of stupid comfort zone and being in a new journey with the brokerage who cares about generating quality leads from different sources not just random quantity leads from one source and let us hope for the best 😂
I would love learning from you. By education, I am an Aerospace Engineer with a love for content creation and presentation. Looked like, Real Estate Sales was perfect fit for my skills. Looking for more learning videos from you!!
Congrats on your success, but will also say, this is exactly why so many people hate realtors… I have no doubt some with your results is doing more than the average realtor, but the majority of realtors out there do very minimal work relative to the incomes they collect.
So is this as a real estate agent or broker? I’m watching a bunch of videos trying to find out more. It’s possibly a field I want to pursue as I like the idea of working hard and being rewarded in time.
Hi Jake, awesome content! How many hours per week would you say you were working to generate this level of business your first year? And you might have this in other videos, so I will look around….but it would be cool to see the breakdown of time spent on the various aspects of the business. Now that I think of it, for anyone starting out, that might be a good practice-to log time spent on various strategies, just include this in a spreadsheet as well. I know all the best people in any field are using data and being very intentional on what they spend their time on.
I likely spent an average of 9-10 hours a day, 6 days a week my first year. The level of excitement I had stirred me on to work a lot and I didn’t have any reason not to!
Joining a team is only good advice if you're being taught all the pieces to the puzzle. Most team leads use new agents as ISA's and they have no clue how to do paperwork, listing presentations ect.
Hi, i'm 18 living in Vancouver right now and i'm currently interested to get into the real estate world. I am a very curious individual that is always sharp and ready to grow but i'm kind of trying to figure out a solution to acquire some experience, relationships and credibility. Knowing that I am hitting 19 (legal age to get realtor license here) in about 6 months, what should I do? Would be really appreciated to get some tips. Thanks
The good news is our economy is relying less and less on mobility so I would focus on developing skills in an area of interest that requires only the mobility I would have available.

Disabled how?
@@jakenicolleteam Limited mobility and not as articulate as you.
Is sharp looking.

You can still try as much as you can or get licensed and join a team or do something that can generate income
