    I'm 58, very overweight and pretty sedentary but, hey, I'm trying to do something about it and after scrolling through lots of videos, I found this one that suits me.
    I still haven't managed to let go of the bar yet but it's early days and I like the little 20 second breaks in between.
    I like the instructor.
    She's not in your face or over enthusiastic as some are.
    She just tells you what to do in a calm manner and demonstrates.
    Before you know it, you've done ten minutes, just like that.
    As I get stronger, I'll be able to put more effort in and push myself further.
    Thank you for this.

    This video should have a million times more views. Everyone, and I mean everyone, not just people with the lymphedema affliction, should have and learn to use a rebounder. I have an expensive one that I bought after trying a few cheaper ones and well worth the $600 investment. It is called a Cellerciser and they answer their phone. You can do it very gently (even more gently than Kelly shows) and only increase the difficulty as you feel inspired to do. My rebounder is like a friend who is always there for me and I give it a place of honor in the living room.

    • @serpente300
      @serpente300 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      And what would be the difference between the expensive ones and the others? Thanks 🙂
      I live in Algarve, Portugal 🇵🇹 and I've found a rebounder just like the one she's using and it sells for 69€!! 😍 Which happens to be the magic number that always comes up in my life! For years now. I'm also 69 yo 😄
      I don't find any trampoline as expensive as yours anywhere!

    • @annmarietrupia6650
      @annmarietrupia6650 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      I've seen the more expensive ones.. but since I'm new, I'm trying with a $130 one. Bcan 40". It got decent reviews.
      But, I too, would like to know what makes the $600 one better. ty😊

    I'm 73 and have been rebounding for 8 years. I have no major diseases and take no medication. I've been working out since my 30's, but the rebounder has been the best equipment investment I ever made. I have the Bellicon rebounder. It's made in Switzerland. It's pricier, but the gold standard in rebounders.

    Oh boy! I just wanna tell you this workout for beginners is fabulous and perfect! I love the countdown clock, and it's very challenging for me. I can do the whole thing, but it has me huffing and puffing! Whew! And here's my situation: I'm a 60-year-old lady and are doing very well on the carnivore diet and have dramatically reduced arthritis, dropped 87 lbs so far, and can walk normally again and even walk the stairs and do squats again! But I still have a long way to go towards getting fit.
    I've been weak my whole life, never as strong as I should have been at any age. But my body is responsive to a healthy diet and exercise, thank goodness! And now, I've just dedicated the rest of my life to exercise and have just turned my apartment into a mini gym. And I want you to know that I will be doing this beginner work out of yours daily until I become more advanced.
    But I have a subpar trampoline. It's good, the BCAN, but it's not in the higher quality bracket like a Jump Sport or Bellicon. The jump is very different. More stiff. And bcuz of that I'll probably have to use the handlebars, even after I become advanced, until I can get a better rebounder.

      I have 70 years and have been rescued by a street dog in Portugal. We walk briskly 2x daily, and I just added a bell icon rebounder (for me, though he’s fascinated). This is a terrific routine I will return to again and again. It frustrates me that even with the walking I tend to have swelling in my ankles - and I anticipate that swelling is going away.

    Tried this for the first time after getting my rebounder the day before. I probably was floundering around like a fish out of water, but hey first day, I know my form will get better! 😂

    I am so grateful for this video it’s in my regular rebounding routine, I have a question what does this particular a 10 minute rebounding routine equate to? I know they say 10 minutes is equivalent to a 30 minute run would that be accurate to say? Thank you.

    Hi i love your rebounder workouts. I have stage 4 BC, ive had a mastectomy and lymph removal. I now have mets to bones/liver/lungs. Can you recomend some bone strenghening excerises? Thank you

    When I discovered that 'rebounding' jump starts your Lymphatic system, I ordered one immediately. I received it today!
    By the way, a few weeks ago I took an antibiotic before I had a dental cleaning, per Paradonist's request. I had an allergic reaction and I have hives on my lower legs.
    A friend said I shouldn't exercise if I have hives. Is this true? Can I just do a gentle bounce on the rebounder several times a day to accumulate 10 minutes activity?
    Confused!

    Can you share what brand/model your rebounder is and what features are important to look for when purchasing a rebounder? (I'm a senior... Thanks!)

      @Diane Banks any trampoline will work. I'm using a kiddies one and it's ok. As long as i don't jump too high.

    I have a big bounce ball and cannot invest in buying this trampoline. I am wondering if it would still be somewhat effective to sit on the ball and bounce??
