I have the same yellow tubs and racks, gotta love home depot. You should do a larger shallow cube tank with all of the extra space.

120 with as many 10G you can line up long ways facing out above it, or even 20g. I like having alot of small tanks they can be just as fun to minimaly aquascape.

I think a bunch of smaller tanks is better so you can breed more shrimp and have one color per tank :)

I would rather do three 40 gallon breeders than a big 120. More variety. 🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿

Is it okay to breed cherry shrimp with yellow shrimp and what colour will it be?

I'd definitely rather see a bunch of smaller tanks than a big 120 gallon.. much more ability to selectively breed!

I would do something like a rack of 10 gallons or 5 33g tanks on a rack system.
I feel that it is better to have more useful space and tanks, than a decorative tanks that really doesn't work towards a goal.
However, if you did a large tank, I'd like it to be a background to videos or THE show tank rather than just another show tank. I mean go full out aquascaper and make it really special so that stands out (your other tanks are so nice, it might need to be a rolling hills carpeted tank or something totally different than the tanks you have now)

I’m new to shrimp keeping and was wondering what I should feed them. Right now I only have amino and cherry shrimp and have fallen in love with them. I just want to make sure they are getting the nutrients that they need. I thank you in advance. I am following you now so I’ll see your new videos.

I think If u go with smaller tanks it gives u the opportunity to organize your species. Also I’ve asked far an wife to see somebody doing a water change on their tanks that are almost ground level which I see u have a couple tanks on really low racks if it’s even a Instagram story or post I just want tip on getting a PowerFul siphon from that level please if u can

Thanks for great content and information about keeping shrimp. If I interbreed Red Cherry shrimp with Blue Velvet, what color would I likely get? And how do you add new genes to your own shrimp gene pool in order to keep the color of various shrimp type fresh so that the offspring does not end up colorless?

If u want selective breeding will be better smaller tanks, but if u have the place for 120 galons and enough smaller tank to cull them, why not.

I would think the enclosed wading pools/tanks would be more productive, build around it for breeding, treating. Big tanks are difficult, small tanks annoying with the amount of efforts required. I'm glad i never bought paint for a tank. They overheat too easy and condense if against walls and mildew is annoying.
