Great reaction, even though you are wide off the mark with autotune (No such thing in 1978). Bee Gees has a massive catalog of great music. I would love to hear a reaction to Bee Gees- Nights On Broadway
No autotune, just pure talent. Back when artists actually had to be able to sing and play, have substance. No cardboard cutouts thrust upon us by record companies on the basis of looks or stripping ability alone and no talent to back it up. It was 1979 and it's always great to see younger people appreciate the Bee Gees. They were awesome. Their style changed many times over the years but always the fantastic harmonies and songwriting ability. They wrote so many songs for other artists. Barry's falsetto is unmatched and his normal voice is also distinctive.
This generation can’t believe that the groups like the BeeGees actually sounded like this in a live performance. What auto tune? This is just straight out raw talent from one of the greatest singing groups ever. These groups during this time…were truly talented! Their harmonies. The fact that they wrote all of the own songs. These songs had emotion, feeling, etc. and definitely no electronics to enhance their voices. The Beach Boys were the same way. Their song writing, harmonies. And when I saw them in person in concert they sounded better live vs recorded. And no auto tune or electronics to enhance their voices like you have today.
I was in high school and a young adult when I became aware of the BeeGees and I feel like I am Home whenever I hear them. Pure talent, individually and MAGIC together. RIP Robin and Mo.
No autotune in 78. Just pure talent. Barry sang falsetto in a lot of songs but his normal voice was beautiful too. Listen to "I started a joke". Robin's voice is the most amazing thing you will ever hear

Great video! One of the all time greatest love songs. This was recorded in 1978 and there was no auto tune. This is pure talent. The Bee Gees were all brothers, and they sang together from a very young age, zo they were very tight. Sadly, the lead singer ( Barry Gibb ) is the only one still living and he still performs. The others have passed on.

The Bee Gees were the biggest selling recording act of the 1970's. What you hear is their real voices. No auto tune in the 70's. They are best known for their Disco hits like You Should Be Dancing, Night Fever, Staying Alive and their comeback hit called Jive Talking but they also had many ballads such as this one. All natural high pitch voices. Amazing! They are considered one of the top falsetto and harmony groups of all time. You need to listen to their most famous song Stayin' Alive. They sing the song entirely falsetto. Also the song Reachin' Out is sung entirely falsetto.
R.I.P. to Maurice and Robin, the twins on either end. Barry in the middle is the oldest and only living brother. As others have said, no autotune. Barry just has an amazing falsetto and the brothers are the definition of harmonizing

Great reaction, even though you are wide off the mark with autotune (No such thing in 1978). Bee Gees has a massive catalog of great music. I would love to hear a reaction to Bee Gees- Nights On Broadway
Watching from Norway here. Not blocked 🙂
They been performing and singing since were 10 yrs. Old...that's why they got sooo good 👍
They have a huge catalog for you to explore. Keep going - they're extremely talented.
Young man, this is what you call pure talent , autotune wasn’t even invented. This is their actual voices!
Definitely not auto tune that was invented in the 90s 1996 if im correct lol these guys are as raw as they come !
That’s crazyyy, they sound amazing!
@@EdwinLaCroix yup so thats definitely there pure voices 👌
We need this more than ever. Bring everyone together with love and real music
Brothers! Harmony kings. 1978 before autotune.
No auto tune. It wasnt even invented for 20 years. Pure talent. Love them.
2:23
Auto tune was invented 18 years after this song was released
Oh ok, but I was hearing something tho maybe it was just me
They overlapped their voices for harmony, but overlapped the vibrato (the the wavy vocals) in unison as well which is insanely hard to do.
They are brothers and they grew up singing together since they were kids
I was in high school and a young adult when I became aware of the BeeGees and I feel like I am Home whenever I hear them. Pure talent, individually and MAGIC together. RIP Robin and Mo.
Definitely no auto tune, they are just very talented! You say you are blocked but I am watching in Germany.
Warching from Spain
Watching from Australia 🙂
Watching from France
There was NO autotune then-just pure talent
They overlapped their voices for harmony, but overlapped the vibrato (the the wavy vocals) in unison as well which is insanely hard to do.
No autotune....just perfect voices!!!
No autotune in 78. Just pure talent. Barry sang falsetto in a lot of songs but his normal voice was beautiful too. Listen to "I started a joke". Robin's voice is the most amazing thing you will ever hear
No autotune, just TALENT . As said before .
"I'm hearing a slight auto tune ... it's not bad. I like it...." Auto tune in the 70s lol. Uhm, no. Those are real instruments too lol. Please keep watching more videos. The Bee Gee's are Legends 💗
Yea, they sing like that! Glad u love them like the rest of us do. NO AUTOTUNE, Just pure MAGIC💝
No auto tune. Just pure talent!
I grew up in the 70s hearing this type of music. Love it when youngsters listen to it and their reactions. This era is long gone, but never gets old.
There was no autotune back then. It was just their voices. The harmonies come from being brothers.
All natural, no auto tune brother. This song came out when I was in the 8th. grade. Thanks for doing this reaction vid. Brings back so much memories from that time, love it !!!
No Autotune. This is Reality! These are the BeeGees, one and only! This is classic talent.
Just God given talent in its purest form! Those Harmonic melodies just genius. They were actually RnB, but Disco era kinda gave them a “Disco” tag. Glad u enjoy this
No auto tune. Pure talent. They are amazing
It gives me so much happiness watching young people reacting and feeling the happiness, the emotions we felt growing up with this music and Bee Gees were my favorite band .. also loved Andy Gibb.
There was no auto tune back then my brother all raw talent
No No No autotune! Pure God Given talent! Most outstanding group the world has ever experienced
NO such thing back then, it's all the brothers and their amazing voices. They also wrote their own songs and songs for others. Never will there be a group like this again....ever!
Real voices. Perfect harmonies. No autotune.
As you can see.....don't mess with our Bee Gees.. Yesss....they are that great!!!! No analyzing necessary, just enjoy! ICONIC AND LEGENDARY
Talented brothers , only Barry left at 77, others gone but left is with so much Bee Gees. Warms my heart that young people enjoy our music.
This is 70's R&B. At the height of disco, they were the best.😊😁👍👌❤️❤️❤️
You need to react to more of their songs. They are all amazing..
This is their voices that they were famous for. Barry's falsetto is beyond compare. This was a live performance with full orchestra. Not auto-tune, just pure talent.
No auto tune, just pure talent. Listen to Fanny Be Tender - you won’t be sorry!
They hit those falsetto notes like a platinum-grade surface-to-air missile that never misses.
They wrote all their music... they wrote the soundtrack to Saturday Night Fever, Grease.... they were just amazing
can never get tired listening to this since 1979....and no auto-tunes back then....just raw talent.
no auto tune, just talent
I love that you loved it..
This song was released in 1979, Auto Tune was invented in 1997…
What you listened to was Pure Unadulterated
Talent..
Everything Bee Gees was lit 🔥
No auto tune back then! Just wasn't available. 70's gave us not much more than a mic and speakers. Even foldback was rare.
A little reverb lol !!!
I was born in '58; that makes us forty years apart; this was the disco era; I heard these guys live in St.Paul, MN--the stadium was packed, circa '79 ; never auto tune back in the '70's/: A once in a life time group., the twins have both passed, and the younger brother Andy passed in '88 at age 30; Barry, the one in the middle is the last Bee Gee standing.
not hearing autotune,,autotune wasnt even out yet,,computers werent even out to the public yet,,no cell phones,,,maybe pagers
Kind gives you an eargasim, don't it.
Musicians back in the day were just pure talent. They gave the people a piece of themselves and you feel it deep in your soul on a cellular level. It's pure talent.
Thank you for keeping our music alive
The Bee Gees were the biggest selling recording act of the 1970's. What you hear is their real voices. No auto tune in the 70's. They are best known for their Disco hits like You Should Be Dancing, Night Fever, Staying Alive and their comeback hit called Jive Talking but they also had many ballads such as this one. You haven't heard nothing yet! They actually started as children and had many hits in the 1960's but hit a cold streak and re-emerged in the mid-70's bigger and better than ever.
No auto-tune here, bro. In those days ya actually had to be able to sing to become a major recording artist. The BeeGees...LEGENDARY. I love to see young people vibing to these unbelievably talented guys, the music of MY youth. Your reaction was awesome ❤❤❤ (New sub here!)
Future request : Piano Man by Billie Joel.Awesome well written song by singer/ writer Billie Joel.
This was 70's but they started as kids in the 50's and worked through 2000's when only Barry stood alone. His brothers died.. He's the oldest the one in the middle. He has a great falsetto voice. No auto tune during this time. Just talent.
All natural high pitch voices. Amazing! They are considered one of the top falsetto and harmony groups of all time. You need to listen to their most famous song Stayin' Alive. They sing the song entirely falsetto. Also the song Reachin' Out is sung entirely falsetto.
You have just witnessed Greatness..love the Bee Gees
R.I.P. to Maurice and Robin, the twins on either end. Barry in the middle is the oldest and only living brother. As others have said, no autotune. Barry just has an amazing falsetto and the brothers are the definition of harmonizing
You were born in 1998?
I was born in 1968, with daughters born in '89 and '92.
Man, I feel old, but blessed at the same time, that I was a kid when a lot of this music came out in the late 70s-late 80s.
Listening to the Bee Gees as a ten-year-old girl in 1979 made me believe there was a God and angels He created.
NO auto tune
