And if you want something more upbeat to get your heart pumping, then listen to Staying Alive and Night Fever. Bee Gees had a bunch of #1 hits back then.

The twins, Maurice and Robin, and the baby brother Andy. have all past away. Barry, the one with the amazing falsetto is the only one alive. He is going to be 74 on Sept.1st and that is also his 50th Wedding Anniversary with hi wife Linda. He still does concerts and records with his sons and his neice Samantha who was Maurices daughter.

I grew up listening to all genre's including international artists outside of the U.S. This was a favorite as an African American female, bussed out to White neighborhood school, I shared Motown with classmates and the BeeGees as well . Here is a song from a favorite singer of that time, Angela Bofill, 1978 "This Time I'll Be Sweeter". Please play this one when you revisit a love that got away.

When Maurice (thinning hair/beard) was not singing on the recording, and the camera pans past him; his mouth is shut. Interesting Bee Gees fact; Barry's (long thick hair and beard) voice, and Robin's (long curly hair and no beard) voice are nearly identical. In fact in the recording studio, they were the only ones that could tell who's voice was on a tape. All incredible composers, singers, and producers!
