I purchased this printer yesterday and although the wireless setup was very easy, I was astounded at how little user information accompanies what is a complex piece of kit. The online user manual is 170 pages and far too big to consider printing out. You r video gave me all the information I needed to get going, including how to use A3 paper, which isn't even mentioned in the scrappy information supplied by HP.
Thanks great video very helpful. How good is this printer? Thinking about picking it up. Can you duplex scan a tranche of double sided documents from the ADF? How good is the quality of the print on A3 and can you print photos onto photo paper and if so how good is it ? Appreciate any feedback.
Try check the ink on the ink icon (5th icon that looks like a water drop 💧) and see if it shows your ink levels on there. Try reseat the ink cartridges or go on the setting and printer maintenance and try clean it all
Go to settings you will find where it says clean printer head and the machine will actually clean it self people don't know that hp printer can clean printer head by them selves

Ok, On the Home Screen press the setting symbol (top left icon) then press the setting Symbol again on the next page, then press the first option (says preferences but I’m not sure in French) then on the next page click on the second option which is language and then scroll to English.
informative video as the instruction that came with machine were crap. still not sure how to actually print something on a3 size onto a3 paper. i expected the main screen to hold an item of a3 size but it only takes a4
May check your printer settings properly before printing cause the printer works fine in terms of printing color pictures on a3 just check your settings

You can print on photo paper cause the machine uses ink so with this printer you can print on a lot of different kind of paper
Will this printer take thick paper weight of upto 300gsm?

You can't scan a3 paper you can only print a3
was you able to get borderless working, as I cannot find any options to print that way.

You can plug a usb cable into the printer and connect the cable to your laptop or pc and print the old fashioned way

Check your printer settings and chose color this printer prints a3 in both black and white and it's supports boardless printing

Can you see the ports above the power on the back of the printer? You’ll plug into 1-Line I believe or the port under that.

How to scan a3?
I haven’t found a way to scan A3
this printer wont print A3 in colour without getting jammed, every single time. but with monochrome/greyscale it prints the exact same poster fine
