I bought clay pot for cooking when search to used and clean I come up a video saying by a dr not to use clay pot it had lead in it .plz can you make video on how to use .which one is good to use .i had special need son .
You can use clay pot, it's very good.
According to Ayurveda in decoction (Kadha making process), it is prescribed that you have to boil 2 glass of water till it becomes one glass and then filter it and consume that one glass. Another point I want to ask is if you boil Kadha for 2-3 minute it will not release every essential constituent in water within 2-3 minutes. Then how we will get that essential constituent... Kindly guide me for the above mentioned query.

The decoctions mentioned in ayurveda are general - this is a light decoction so this is safe and suitable for all.
@@pramanitsach2626 But it's not safety and suitability. It's about health. Ayurveda says to boil till half of water evaporates and how u will get the essential constituent on just lightly heating for 2-3 minutes..Dr. Khadar Sir kindly give your scientific reply on this.
@@pmali2249 The doses are not fixed, they vary according to various factors like bala, prakruti, samay, vikruti etc. according to ayurveda.
And we should see whether in reality the medicine is giving effect or not with that dosage.

The amount of mercury is miniscule. It has been used by Indians for thousands of years, at the least. Do not believe these modern doctors.
Even air had mercury & lead. Then you cannot breathe if you think like this.
