Sir I have doubt... Actually the fibre percentage including the water weight of the leafy vegetables that means if 2% of fibre in 100 grams means it is not that 2% after removing water... In dried leafy vegetables it may be 20-30%

As an Ayurveda doctor I can vouch not to take enema 3 times a day or even once without the guidance of a practitioner. For detoxification you can consume yakrit plihantak churna by Planet Ayurveda.

Hi sir, doesn't millets have high potassium which is not good for dialysis patients? Even though, you are suggesting to take them as Ambali.. Kindly please clarify the reason behind its usage for dialysis patients. Does the fermentation process help in decreasing the potassium to low levels?
Was not aware millets are rich in High Pottasium. So wanted to know for CKD-3/4 patient also. As currently millets are part of diet. One meal of millet in a day.
