    Beautifully said Dr. Khadar. We are so blessed to have such clear cut information from a scientist and doctor that is candid and walks his talk and talks the walk. Kudos to Dr. Khadar Vali and Dr. Hegde, the only 2 doctors in the world who do not give a damn to the medical system and have the guts to stand their ground with ethics and morals.

      You are absolutely right on these doctors don't give a danm to the medical system. My husband died after he took a painkiller, and the autopsy result turned out to be as a bad reaction of the paunkiller he took. Be aware of painkillers. Let's stick to what God gave us, natural food 🙌 🙏.

    Heard so much about what to eat by so many doctors and science, and unfortunately
    they all differed. Having said this, I'm going to eat whatever I want to eat, always in
    moderation and I don't have any of those diseases at almost 74. Good health for all!
    Oops, it's dinner time, and I'm having 1 chapati-two vegetables-potato curry with little
    brown rice- and nothing for dissert. Take care of your health!

    Sir I have doubt... Actually the fibre percentage including the water weight of the leafy vegetables that means if 2% of fibre in 100 grams means it is not that 2% after removing water... In dried leafy vegetables it may be 20-30%

    Is enema good to take every now and then ? Like NDS they say to take enemy 3 times a day for first 3 months .. what is right for body ? Please explain !

      As an Ayurveda doctor I can vouch not to take enema 3 times a day or even once without the guidance of a practitioner. For detoxification you can consume yakrit plihantak churna by Planet Ayurveda.

    Hi sir, doesn't millets have high potassium which is not good for dialysis patients? Even though, you are suggesting to take them as Ambali.. Kindly please clarify the reason behind its usage for dialysis patients. Does the fermentation process help in decreasing the potassium to low levels?

      Was not aware millets are rich in High Pottasium. So wanted to know for CKD-3/4 patient also. As currently millets are part of diet. One meal of millet in a day.
