    Much as we want to integrate the Maasai into the modern world, part of me feels they should be left to live that authentic life. They are among the few communities in the world who still live a natural life and I don't think it is cool to take that away from them.

    • @maasaimusicunlimited2811
      @maasaimusicunlimited2811 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      Much as we? Who's we?what do a Kikuyu like you have that maasai need? You forget that your tribe was under maasai domination for centuries 😅😅😅😅

    • @mercyelias271
      @mercyelias271 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@maasaimusicunlimited2811 Stop being naive and Ignorant. . Other tribes life can't be compared with Masai or nomadic communities life. Masai women suffer the most for instance early marriage , forced marriages, no education,FGM. The Maasai community and other community need empowerment especially women.

    • @MsJamba09
      @MsJamba09 ปีที่แล้ว +13

      This is strange. What makes you think the Massais don't want to be part of the modern world? It's not difficult for a Kikuyu to go back to their traditional ways but would you be happy with that lifestyle? This would be credible coming from a Massai . Let everyone have a choice of how they want to live instead of someone else deciding for them with ulterior motives covered under good intentions.

    Shifting the Maasai people from their cultural believes and norms might not be easy,it has to be a gradual proces,and in as much as they also need to be integrated into the modern world , their culture is authentic and special .Let us retain this culture and preserve it. congratulations Kino Yves.Waiting to see you in Kajiado Maasai Land as well.

    This is beautiful, a different content from your usual, but you executed it well. Kenya has indeed been recognized for its successful microfinance sector, which includes Savings and Credit Cooperative Organizations (SACCOs). These institutions have played a crucial role in providing financial services to people who may not have access to traditional banking. Kenya's SACCOs have been a model for other countries, and they have contributed to financial inclusion and economic development in the region. I love the lodge. The cabins are great and that is modernity entrenched in nature. The Maasai don’t need modernity, I think on the contrary, the contemporary world should learn from Maasai about eco diversity.

    Probably this is one of the fantastic Video you made which is a Big Difference indeed. I really appreciate and like it. May think of having one or two similar videos every country you passby. You may call for such community leaders and meet them when you visit their country. Nice one and keep it up! Merci.
