If you want to do stoppies. Get the treal or vitavon or hot racing front brake caliper and change the brake servo to a 35kg high torque servo. If you switch to the new dx6c radio you can use a separate button for stoppies and also mix the front brake to the rear brake for normal braking. Its what I did with mine. You have to wrap a zip tie around the servo saver so that it dont wobble. Its super hard to do. So far i only was able to do a supper short stoppie.
Wow - your ESC helps you out in a wheelie! We didn't get that help with the Anderson M5, which goes a long way towards explaining the abraded condition of my rear mudguard!
the gyros on this bike definitely tries to keep it in check. When you have the MS6X turned up (clockwise) all the way you will have the most control over the wheelies.
@@RunThatRC actually turning the ms6 knob all the way clockwise turns the gyro off or near off. turn it counter clockwise and the gyro has more control.
Once you are on 12 o’clock you can actually let off the trigger it will act as a break in u can get rite on the throttle light taps of the trigger I can even swerve
Dude, saw your post the other day... I CAN'T BELIEVE it took that long to get your original order. Holy 💩 ! That was over a month, wasn't it? Ok Losi you've always been one of my favorites, don't go becoming a Banggood now. lol. Really tho, I bet they weren't expecting the promoto to blow the F up the way it did. So, Gonna sell it or keep it?
Brake Trim sets the bite point and Brake Travel adjust how much throw the brake servo has. These settings only affect front brakes as the rear is esc controlled.
yes, I have wheelie assist truned down all the way and if I full throttle I loop it. So you are in control of the wheelies you do before scrapping the tail.
yup! Check out my playlist. I have some off road jumps and grass wheelies in dirt and wheelie mode. Wheelies are a little bit harder to hold on grass depending on the height and thickness of it.
The wheels and tires are made by Proline. You can get them on the horizon hobby site and local hobby stores. They are hard to get right now but that should change soon.
I would need to personally see one in action to justify its price. Promoto MX videos everywhere but no x rider and its been months and no hype about them yet unfortunately.

They are called ENDOS, NOT STOPPIES! LOLOLOL.
@@MARKLINMAN1 Either term is used so no point of arguing.

@@RunThatRC That's fantastic! My gyro only concerns itself with the roll axis. Anything else and it just goes: "Meh! That's someone else's problem"...
@@Del350K4 hahaha right. The ProMoto does 6 axis so pitch, roll and yaw kind of like the Safe equipped plans and flybarless helicopters.

Love doing slow wheelies.
They are fun for sure!

Gonna sell it or keep it?
this is actually my order from a local hobby shop. my original order from horizon still no word.

What!? Damn smh 🤦
Good stuff, thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
Where did you get the elbow pads?
3d printed it from thingiverse.
@@RunThatRC I found it, thank you!
Do you prefer the super Moto wheel set? Love the way it looks
I have no preference. I like the super motos for the street and the nobbies for the dirt. The super motos dont do well off road.
Is that a Nightshade Limited 4runner?
where 👀. I'm just a broke guy with a sr5 premium 4x4.
where you get the sweater!!?
found it on Amazon. Just search 1/4 doll sweater hoodie.
Question? What does the front brake travel do? And what does the front brake trim do?
Brake Trim sets the bite point and Brake Travel adjust how much throw the brake servo has. These settings only affect front brakes as the rear is esc controlled.
Can you do them without wheelie assist & just throttle management?
yes, I have wheelie assist truned down all the way and if I full throttle I loop it. So you are in control of the wheelies you do before scrapping the tail.
Let’s have a friendly wheelie battle I can do a whole block in a school yard going slow
Hi Sir, thanks for the info. Can i ask where did you purchase the hoodie? Thanks in advance
I found it on Amazon. Just search 1/4 doll sweater hoodie. They have a couple colors.
@@RunThatRC thank you so much Sir
Is this in WHEELIE mode or MODE 1?
it is in wheelie mode.
Just had a thought...
I know right? lol 😂
What about some magnesium or flint under that folding rear fender... Sparky Sparky 😁
i was thinking about it. I think someone had done it.
Does this work on grass or off road as well ? Can you be in wheelie mode on grass & still do this
yup! Check out my playlist. I have some off road jumps and grass wheelies in dirt and wheelie mode. Wheelies are a little bit harder to hold on grass depending on the height and thickness of it.

Jump it off a ramp
Check out my other videos on this promoto. I jump it on a BMX jump track.
