That's way more than 2 tablespoons of oil. It's more like 1/2 a cup! The curry looks way too watery and rather like a soup. I'd add a cornflour or arrowroot slurry to thicken it up, or some coconut milk. I'd also add half the amount of salt. 😉
The beauty of this video is that they have shown you a technique. We can all go on to perfect that technique to suit our taste and needs.
