Hello, thanks for this recipe. I would have never thought to not put it under pressure and I’m sure it would have come out stringy.
Wondering if you cooked this on saute, high for the entire time? Thanks in advance.

Thank you. Yes it's in saute high mode the entire time. I did pressure it one time and it was stringy that's when I decided to not pressure it at first I thought that it would take to long but it didn't.

      @@caribbeanflavacookin thank you!
Another question. Once you season the chicken and let it marinate in the fridge; do you let the chicken come to room temperature before you add to the curry mix to cook?

      No you don't have to.

I made your Jamaican Curry Chicken recipe for my family and it was a
      sensational success!
It is so delicious and flavorful. I am so thankful to you for sharing your recipe. One question please - my crew likes a lot of gravy on their rice; what adjustment can I make to have more gravy in the finished dish? Should I double the amount of curry powder and water when it’s first added to the instantpot? Thanks again.

I would suggest adding more water at the end you don't necessarily have to add more curry I think if you add 1 more cup of water on top of the 1/2 cup it should give you enough gravy but you can always add 1 tbs more curry to get the gravy thicker .

I’m new 😅 how do i make green seasoning?

You can blend up onions, garlic, celery, Thyme, green onions, ginger cilantro, oregano. I have a video on how to make it but it's basically any herbs you have in the kitchen you can blend up and use there is no set ingredients to use so you can be creative you can also use dry all-purpose seasoning that you get at the dollar store it basically the same. Thank you.
