I prepared for weeks for an interview. Thought I had all questions covered. I was prepared for my greatest accomplishment. Buuuuuut They asked me what my biggest regret in life is. I was caught off guard, but they loved my answer because I ultimately I did not blame someone else.
cuz regrets in life pertain to a job, WRONG, that was not related to ANY job imho. It was an HR safety question to evaluate RISK, will you go OFF in the workplace if the company instigates an unfair practice. How will you REACT and will it result in a lawsuit for them. That is what they want to gauge.

I struggle with all of this so hard. Ive been trying for 6 hours to understand this method that I would rather go jobless and homeless this to try and understand this. My brain can not understand why I have to tell a story. I would never make a interviewee to talk this much like I want 2 sentences at max. short simple and sweet. 3 S method. my brain hurts.
it sounds like you don't like to have to SELL your worth to a company for a chance. UNDERSTOOD!!! Interviewing is wretched must do activity unless you have a trust fund. It can be overcome if you have tools, and just know it is the STILTED lazy HR dept that has to have a formula they can cling to, and justify their existence. Especially the bigger companies that get SOLD on antiquated methods that promise to hire risk free employees.
@@savannahsmiles1797 well at this point I have a job a great job. Once I finish my degree I will be moving into the HR department of my company. We do not use the star method and my owner made it perfectly clear we will never use it. We think it’s worthless and tells us nothing about the interviewee at all. It just proves they can tell us a useless story about a previous job that we don’t care about.

You're not perfect and we understand that, but this guy told this story, and it showed he didnt have the perfect attitude, so it was a bad story to share..... 😢😩🤔
you speak too much and overreact - looks like total artificial behavior. but your video is ok, the best informative part is only for 1 minute in 10 minutes video.
