But now there are a few apps that take automatic photographs for you in order to create better quality maps or 3D Models. Hope it helps.

    Have you ever used a product like drone deploy? I just don’t think I would have the patience to manually take that many photos, but it is good to know software that lets you do this. Drives me crazy that DJI drags their feet in releasing the SDK so these drones can work with more software.

    Can you share the 3D model? I’d like to see how good the quality is .. . I just picked up a dji mini and I been doing LiDAR scanning .. but I wanted to do so
    Something like this for a film project.. and this is perfect. Thanks for the tutorial. I would be very interested to see how good the model and textures are when converted to fbx or obj etc. I’d like to use it as a scene in my film project .. but I don’t know how good the quality is. I have been doing it the hard way. I imported an area from google maps as a 3D environment.. you can rip the models using tools .. however the problem is .. if you need to get close to let’s say normal height .. the textures and models look really bad .. because they are really low quality. For an arial shot .. way up and above .. it works fine. So you can import google maps into blender etc. I’m hoping the quality comes out useable.

    Thanks for the tutorial but there is a bit of deception going on here or perhaps you forgot to post what the 3d model is exactly. The beginning video and anything after @6:10 is actual video, you can see the wind blowing the laundry. I would suggest more accurately posting what is what, the way this is displayed is like the beginning and end are the actual models when they are actual video of the drone spinning around the area.

    • @iulianpraz
      @iulianpraz  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1
