This has truly changed my life for the better. I take the softgels daily after a full meal twice a day. I got energy, inspiration, focus, rid off depression, I was able to willingly get out of bed, I can think clear, it got rid of brain fog. I tell everyone I come across about these soft gels but it’s important it’s from DoTerra as that is a product in its most natural form. Not all oils or products are made equal when buying from elsewhere. One drop of oil is potent. My mom also tried them and she felt her vision feeling better. I instantly felt a change like 1-3 days right away. I feel like I was reborn. I highly recommend these but make sure you follow exact instructions else these can give a burning to your stomach and espopgahus. Once I took them with my full normal meal it went perfectly. I enjoy the soft gels. It’s measured and easy to take. There are testimonies that it cured some people form cancer , I’m not sure what stage of cancer but has balance the blood cells and repair cells for many.

Great presentation. What is the best way to use the oils externally?
I’m thinking of using this with a carrier oil to massage into my hands, arms and face for my eczema. How does it smell? What are your thoughts? Thanks 😊
I might reach for another oil first for eczema over this one but if you're going to go for it dilute it and apply topically on a smaller area and see how it goes!
