    I have been breathing in oil for years now and it really helps me relieve stress. I would DEFINITELY say it’s essential because without doing it I get anxious and my day gets ruined. I typically do it at the car pumps or if I’m parked and I can just open the latch and get a whiff. 10/10 would recommend. Everyone have a blessed day ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    I probably would not buy your oils, but I liked your video, you are pretty well informed. I took a course on how to use essential oils years ago and found over time that lavender and tea tree oil are the most beneficial. Top grade essential oils is most important IMO.

    I've started using dōTERRA oils recently in Canada (we don't exactly have the same inventory but I can purchase on the US inventory) and it's mindblowing how theses oils can help healing certain things. I do not use antihistamines anymore, I'll never buy muscle relaxant or anything like that. My intolerances are mostly gone. It can be really helpful with research (like don't take them all internally or don't use them all with the same method)

      I can totally related on us Canadians not having the exact same products, haha. It always hurts a bit when I want a product that is not available in the Canadian warehouse. Did you know you can still order from the US warehouse as a Canadian? The only differences are that you pay in USD and the shipping is more.

    Thank you for all the great info! I also wanna add that peppermint Oil also helps with headaches, by first putting some on the back of your hand and just lick for internal use, then use the back of your hand with what is left and apply it to your temples. i also used it for sciatica pain, I had a swollen foot and applied peppemint oil on my foot and the swelling went down. As well as pain in the arch of my foot, neck. I added some to water and helped me with coughing. Peppermint Oil is Awesome!

    I have learned through my research that the dilution ratio is 15 drops of essential oil to 6 teaspoons of carrier oil for adults, and 3-6 drops of essential oil to 6 teaspoons of carrier oil for children. That information has been the same on several sites, so I believe it really is safe and trustworthy.

    • @DiffuserDudeAromatherapy
      @DiffuserDudeAromatherapy 3 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      I wish companies would put dilutions on their labels or sites like you just did...I HATE the whole 1% or 5% stuff...just make it easy and say...9 drops per tablespoon of carrier oil. I dont like having to figure out the math myself

    I started off with these oils but now have almost every oil and have given up all unnatural cleaners, creams, a long list, OnGuard is used in my home every day and almost put on our hands and neck before we leave the house. I also diffuse it, love it and have all of the products made by OnGuard. I am still working on the best oil for my chronic back pain. Any suggestions? Lemon is wonderful also using lemon, peppermint and lavender in a veggie cap is great for allergies. I could write a book on how I use my oils, Love your video, I personally like Serenity better than lavender. I also make a peppermint spray for bugs that find their way in the house. I add Melaleuca to my OnGuard concentrated cleaner. I do not understand balance. What actually does it do to help you?? Thanks again

      There are not lots of trees left in Africa n Israel & Jordon where they dig into the bark of the tree to get the resins, makes most of the frankincense oil on the internet fake or mix with little Frankincense, as very little is coming out from the Middle East.

    I am new to essential oils and aromatherapy and i recently started with lavender. I purchased some dried lavender from a local shop but i absolutely hated its smell. I thought that maybe they were a poor quality so i ordered imported french dried lavenders online. But it was the same disgusting, pungent scent. I was curious as to why i hated it as almost everybody seems to love it. Its like a universally liked scent. I then ordered lavender essential oil from three different brands. I just recevied one package with lavender and eucalyptus essential oils and both of them smelled absolutely horrendus. Could anybody explain what i am doing wrong here? Are they supposed to smell nice directly from the bottle or must they be diluted before inhaling?

    I spent a lot of money on essential oils and was a bit disappointed by the smell. It's totally my fault cause I expected something similar to fragrance oils and was not ready for how natural and potent they smelled. They're sitting in my cupbpardz untouched forbthe past 2 months. Hoping to give them another chance one day😢

      Some oils give me a headache...it means it's too strong for the area in room or needs to be diluted or it's just too strong for my system. I try others that I like that agree with me and doesnt leave me with a headache. You just have to try them out to find out what works, just make sure they are organic. Some brands may give you different reactions, you have to go through them. I have asthma and allergies and every oil doesn't sit well with me, so I also have to try and see what works.

      Eucalyptus essential oil, like many others, is camphorous. Imagine using VapoRub in a hot bath. The steam intensifies the cooling properties and, in large doses, can induce headaches. Good rule of thumb, dont diffuse camphorous oils. It makes my eyes burn
