Because of that, he has been banned from the film for another reason. Here, B.Unnikrishnan, M. Ranjith and the Superstars decide who should stay and who should not stay in the Malayalam Film Industry....The first to be banned from the film is Shine Tom Chacko. Why not ban him from the movie??

Why Producers are not selecting new candidates with acting potential and creating a reserve list. If new actors start dictating terms, throw them out. Industry can survive without them. Show them their place. Depending upon the budget of the film, use candidates from the reserve list. Just like we are having so many Directors, let us have plenty of actors to bring down the compensation. Have a code of conduct for actors and penalty clause for deducting from their remuneration, the loss suffered by a producer due to irresponsibility of the actor. Take legal action if required. Please avoid the situation where a few young actors blackmail the industry as a whole. This will weaken the Malayalam film industry. Throw out the drug addicts for ever. If heroes are drug addicts, usage of drugs among the young generation will become popular. That is bad for the society. Producers association must take stern steps. Mature viewers must boycott movies acted by such unprofessional actors and drug addicts. Only then producers will avoid them. Such problem creators are selfish. They do not think about other people working in the industry. They cannot be considered as lovers of cinema.
Malayalees are film lovers. We want good movies acted by professional actors with good talent.
AMMA should also not support unprofessional behaviour from actors. Must have disciplinary rules to be followed by all.
