I know I’m late to the party but would body work done to the doors make it shut more smoothly? I know rx7 owners have this problem with doors but what do you think is the common problem

I don't think body work would change how the doors close any. I'm pretty sure the reason FD doors are so hard to close is just something to do with the shape of the doors and the size of the seals.
