Restoring my friend's 1985 Toyota Cressida MX73 (Part: 1)

This is my friend's MX73 Cressida, which has been his daily driver since well before I met him around 8 years ago until we both got orders to Japan in 2017. It's been a great car for him, but has had a rough life and a few annoying issues, so we decided it was time to tear it apart and rebuild it from the ground up with a fresh coat of paint.
