Here's my newest CRX, which I'm trying to finish at record speed. Not going for high HP or some crazy engine swap here. Just a nice, freshly restored mostly original HF model CRX.
Im in market for one myself. I sold my Ek sedan K20/k24 this year Had it for a few years plenty fun beat alot of cars with it but ill never forget the night I raced a B20Vtec CRX and got smocked.. My car was making 260hp all motor and no matter whar.t roll we did I just couldnt keep up lol great little cars cant wait get one
LOL.... it wasn't 'weight savings' concerning the HF, it was more about cheaping out. But hey, if you want to think its a special race addition with none of the fancy smancy creature comforts like the NSX Zanardi Edition then, I guess?. Hahaha.
It was definitely partially for weight savings, but I never said it was a "race edition". Just that a lot of people like to use them as a base for their race car builds because they are technically the lightest model. Not that really matters though, because most of the stuff that makes them lighter is the first thing to get swapped out for those race car builds. Lol
Damn that new hardware is a flex! Looking good!
Good progress on this one. Nice to see you resto modding this CRX to probably better than factory.
