Some saw guide bars have tapered dovetails where the three-bearing guide fixtures attach to the guide arms. The bearing fixture dovetail is parallel and only fits tightly at the botton of the dovetail, allowing for a top tilt adjustment side to side (when horizontal). Check that out.
Blade stretching unevenly due to pulleys outta wack? Makes sense. Bosch was on it while it was tracking crooked. Silly test perhaps, but if you try to stand up the Bosch blade like a ring, can you see a noticeable "tilt" wherein the edge eith the teeth is a larger diameter than the trailing edge
@@DJsHotRodFab The blades on theses saws are thin and tend to warp with weight on them. Sharp blades with more aggressive pitch helps. Also a taller blade will cut straighter. Play with the blade speed. Cutting too slow with high feed (heavy blade weight) makes it worse. I have a similar saw and cut on an angle from new until I played with the speed , feed and g go finally a better blade.
I have some issues cutting square too. Biggest pain in the ass to fine tune.
It truly is. I hate this saw 😂
Any advice!?!?
@@BulliKid people say that blade quality plays a big part in it cutting straight

Thank you
Yea I got the same problem with the blade walking in though not quite as bad - I think I need to get a new blade.
I guess blade quality really makes a difference with these
I’m having the same problem cutting alloy
These saws are a struggle

That makes sense.
The guides on the sword out of adjustment or the blade is no good and it's wandering and not the proper adjustment on the blade tension
Can.you have too much tension on these blades?
Just found this page. ABG
Thanks for checking it out. ABG
Too much weight on a blade that’s getting dull. Blade quality is also a contributing factor
I agree, since this is have adjusted the spring that controls the lowering of the head as tight as it can go.

@@mishkie07 awesome! Thanks for the advice. So is higher blade speed better? I saw that there is also some different thickness of blades as well
@@DJsHotRodFab a thicker blade will cut straighter. Try it faster and see if it helps with tubes and angles
