    Sir aap bht ache se explain krte h ...mujhe yh puchhna h ki aisa kuch hota h ki phle hame iss asan ki practice karni h fir uske baad dusra....means chapter type aage badhana hota h ....aur fir iski practice kaise krni hoti h means daily same practice follow krni hoti h

    Sir please guide me if in el Pada rajakapotasana me , if I do more back bend on 1 side do v get pain in only that side of lower back ? As I m having sir ? And sir is it compulsory to have hip square during pose.?? Please guide me I m confused

      If you do Rajkapot Asana in proper way you can't get one side pain.

      Sir I found out my mistake today , in rajakapotasana my hip were not in align, was not in hip square . 1 in front 1 in back .
      Sir m I true ...Sir due to this I must have got 1 side pain?

    Sir I have 1 problem, my right side lower back is little paining or pitching while doing back bending , I m worried sir , I m able to do rajkopatasna .....But where I HV gone wrong I don't know.....Please tell me sir ..
    How to do back bend ? Do v HV to engage core muscles while doing back bend or just hv to bend back.?

      Zankar ji jab aap Practice kro Kuch baato KO dhyan rkho
      1- achhe se warm up kro
      2 - back bending KO improve krne ke liye sirf back rolling krna important Nahi h supine ko twist bhi kro stretch bhi kro front bhi kro or back bhi
      Isse supine ki flexibility badhegi or back bending improve bhi hoga
      3- back bending krte time breathing continue krte rho rokna Nahi h breathing KO
      4 - muscle Kabhi tight Nahi krna chahe wo asan krte time ho ya Practice krte time
      5- holding time dhere dhere improve kro
      Improve krte time ye dhayan rkho ki muscles loose jarur ho
      Bas ye Kuch points Ka dhayn rkho bhot help milega

      Sharir ki strength ka matlab biceps triceps ka size ni hota, na hi bhaari vajan uthana, balki sharir me Flexibility jyada jaruri hai lifetime strength k liye....Phir bhi aapko taakat k liye hanuman dand bhi krna chahiye saath me, jo flexibility k saath taakat bhi deta hai, gym fail hai real permanent strength dene me.....
