For Adults
Morning - 6:30 to 7:30 am (weekly 5 Days)(Beginners And Intermediate)
Evening - 5 to 6 pm (weekly 3 days) (Beginners and Intermediate)
Evening - 6:30 to 7:30 pm (Weekly 4 days) Advanced Batch
Duration - 1 hour on Google Meet
Class medium - Hindi and English
In our Yoga Program basically we focus on Joint Opening , Muscles Stretching , All format of practices like ( Forward Bending, Backward Bending, Side bending, Split exercises, Balancing) and Techniques for All Different Types of Yoga Asana.

Good technique and it’s definitely for younger generations! As for adults, it might take times for most of the poses and possibly to some extent. To reach those levels , it might take years for grown up .
I am not a yogi but a gymnast and find these sequences very helpful and inspiring. Would use some of them in my routine with your kind permission. All the best in 2024!
