Hi.. Thanks a lot for giving a clear instructions how to follow this exercises. I have a kyphosis (hunchback), so I'm trying to do backward bending so my kyphosis doesn't become worse. Right now, I'm thinking to follow this exercise daily. Could you please create another video like this for other type exercise? I only understand English and your other video when you are doing exercise alone is difficult to follow because no timer.. It's difficult to follow and watching youtube at the same time. This video, you give instruction clearly when to change movement so it's easier to follow.
