That’s works fine, however I had a client who sent asking permission over to me where as host I hit allow to record. The message on my computer also said can be listen back on cloud? This confused me that she was able to do this when I am host. Any thoughts?
I don't know enough about what happened to be able to help. Were you recording to your device or the Zoom cloud? What happened before things stopped? What was the error message?
Hi Sandra, A Zoom recording is a video file. I don't use WhatsApp much, and don't know how to share video files there. I'm assuming you could at least share a link to a video that is stored in a Vimeo or TH-cam account. There may be other ways also.
HI Milton, Are you asking about processing the recording after the Zoom call is over? If you are recording to the Zoom cloud, recording is done through Zoom and does not involve your computer. So, you can turn it off after a call ends without a problem.

As the host I was easily able to grant permission to record to my participant when I clicked participant. Clicked on more next to them and then a drop down box appeared with option “allow to record”. Weirdly it’s now missing from that menu. I found some recordings to delete so I went ahead and did that but not sure if it will solve it. Any tips?
I'm glad my videos have been helpful. I would be surprised if your recording would affect that menu item. Were they joining the Zoom call from a computer?
