Thanks for letting us ride along with y'all! I'm really wishing that I hadn't been forced to sell my '92 Wrangler to pay household bills when I became disabled. I can easily see myself coming down and running some trails with you fellers! It had a 3" body lift, I was getting ready to do a spring over on it, and I had put 33X13.50X15 TSL Swampers on it. I loved that little pack mule! I would love to get another one just like it, but sadly, that's very unlikely... 🥺😢 Oh well, as long as y'all let me, I'll just ride along with you.

That trail after the break could be called the rock and roll hill sense you had a lot of rocks rolling out from under your rigs. Looks like the V8 powered rig had less trouble with the second part of the trail.

Your videos always amaze me by how much abuse your rigs can withstand without totally destroying themselves. A testament to the knowledge and skill of the builders. And some credit to the quality of the parts.
I was telling someone the other day, Its easy to build a cheap Jeep that will conquer this stuff for one weekend. But much harder to build a rig that will conquer this stuff over and over without batting an eye.

I really like this series and hearing about the history of the trails. Sounds like you’ve been involved in the creation of a lot of those trails in wind rock. I like both rigs but I have to say, the old Comanche is my favorite

The trail after the cut has some difficulty but not to bad so I think hardscrabble hill would be fitting for a name!
As for when you are to old to walk it, just get a few drones and leapfrog them. When you land one the fly the one last past even further along the trail.
Gravel hill or land slide pass. That hill was like going up marbles.😅

Did you notice when you had the tires side by side the swampers cleaned out way better. I don't think it was the V8 power that made the Comanche do better I think it was the tires.

That style u joint is an ok idea, but the shortcoming is the cap with the zerk doesn't grease properly. So they don't last in mud and water. Witch is where that lower joint lives.
Any man that has ever stepped barefoot on a Lego knows what the Comanche and Skorpion are feeling going up on that trail. Therefore it's only fitting to refer to it as Lego trail. LOL

I’d call the bonus trail “Dave’s Jones’ locker” because you’re going up a downhill trail.
about half way up that no name trail (bypass) it looked like the trail split creating four deep ruts ( 23:00 ). Kinda looked like a hand. So, I'd call it "FOUR FINGERS"

I love these vids with just you two and good ole fashion wheeling or builds. When I see a certain sasquatch I just mute it and let it run to the end while I do something else so it benefits your analytics. Just sayin!
