Im guessing yamaha cl5s ect are made by garmin looking at that screen
5:04 That ProNautic battery charger needs to be mounted vertically as stated in the manual. This is because it is convectively cooled. Mounting it on its side will make it overheat.

Weird question. When you get the back residue (mold) in the bilges older boats etc. I've used mold armor and it's come out ridiculous
Question lies in some sales guy tried convincing me it's not mold but buildup due to ethanol in fuel in the inclosed areas. Is this true ?
Are you not worried about having the heading sensor that close to those pumps?
Also with software version 30.1 and up you will need to have an external gps antenna for the radar overlay to work.
Near the fresh / saltwater pumps? I dont think so since the main reason to get it away from the main console is to keep any strong magnates ( we do this with the main boat/engine harness as well) and/or current away . boca is right , but still keep it away from speakers and all that.
Does the autopilot compass need to be slewed or synched with the nav/chart plotter and radar? Does the installed Garmin suite have the enhanced nav?

I think people use painters tape
Use painter tape, and a sawblade made for ceramic tiles, excellent way to use ure jigsaw. But that’s how I’m doing it😂
