I agree. And it is because of the GCam that I started disappointed with the s23 ultra stock camera app. It shows you that the bad results aren't due to the hardware, but mostly to a bad software optimization.
@@girardjeremie1939 yeah, Samsungs camera software is terrible. And they continue releasing devices that just should not have that kind of software even if they were 5 times cheaper. Simple point and shoot experience, nothing more but nothing less to what competition has to offer

But they are so stubborn with their habit to overexpose and oversharpen almost every single photo that our pics are barely usable. And the s23 ultra not being point-and-shoot is very annoying. I mean, the photos are so often overexpose that you have to decrease the exposure almost everytime. A big disappointment, especially when you see what could be fixed and realize it's not getting fixed.

Can't take a picture of moving subject without it being blurry and unusable. Indoor pictures are mess. Night mode is worse even compared to their own phones. I could not get used to weak vibration even after 10 months. And above all "we'll fix it with updates" tactics should not be acceptable at this price range

I used LMC on my S23 Ultra. It does better pictures but the shutter speed in hdr+ enhanced mode is worse than the stock camera. Standard hdr+ is weak, the sky almost in every sunshine situation blows out. AGC was buggy for me and also slow as hell.
True, but with newer versions of AGC, some config makers (like Javasabr) have profiles that are incredibly quick. I've shot about 12 consecutives photos of dogs playing together with his sport node, and not a single one was blurry (plus, the quality was very good). I was so surprised that I posted the 12 ones on his channel 😅.

Some people will use it and be happy, other will choose the convenience of stock.
It keeps crashing when loading Mazar profile on s23u. Doesn't matter if it's 3.1 or 3. Good idea on the paper, but bad execution irl.

Try again, it's worth it. If you follow every instructions, it should never crash. (I'm not a fan of Mazar, but he still much better than stock.)
