I eat a lot of Vietnamese Pho*? , although there are many others noodle soup like pho*? with different kind of noodles, soup texture , meat varieties that one should try............. although Pho*? is probably the most nutrittious because it takes at least 10 hours tho cook up the broth from bones and meats overnight.
Those dishes meat and veggies combo looks super delicious. Thanks for showing and stay safe.

Next time you're in Houston, check out Bellaire Blvd on the west side of town. That's home to the city's most authentic Chinese and Vietnamese restaurants. Over 6 miles of continuous Asian strip malls. Similar to the SGV in LA.

It's funny. Most people who go to Vietnamese Restaurants order Pho and that's it. One trick ponies. Boring!
They are totally missing it! There is so much good stuff to be had. Don't be afraid. Order it all! You will make so many wonderful discoveries! I promise you! It will change your life! Try the Catfish Cooked In Fish Sauce Served With Rice. Or the Hanoi Style Fish With Fresh Baby Dill. Or the Beef Salad. Bún riêu. Banh Xeo. Bun Bo Hue. Fish Sauce Chicken Wings. GET YOU SOME OF THAT!

Find a place that specializes in caramelized catfish/pork belly in a clay pot. One of my favorite dishes
suon bo=beef rib, dai han=Korean/Korea, this refer to how the short ribs are cut similar to kalbi, com=rice

His visit seems to be like the typical tourist experience. Google the most popular place/cuisine by location and go. It's definitely an interesting view and something for Houstonians to consider when watching his videos. If he visits again for a longer time, I hope that he finds a local or two (maybe you and I.
