Season's Greetings, Last year, I was blown away by Cube 52, and this year it’s the Infinity Deck. I also have Focus, which is an amazing release. I’m torn between it and the Infinity Deck, but I have to go with the goosebump factor. I think Focus would have delivered more of that goosebump factor if I wasn’t already so familiar with Phil Smith’s artwork and marking systems. That said, Focus is a game-changer-Phil advanced his technique by essentially writing a novel (tongue-in-cheek) on the backs of the cards, creating the most purely accessible deck of all time, with movie posters and quotes instead of traditional playing cards. Personally, though, it didn’t quite give me goosebumps. That’s just me. I will admit, however, that Focus has the same kind of “Destiny Deal factor” in that, of all the AACANs out there, it is the most accessible to audiences. Destiny Deal was another game-changer for me. I’ll keep working on Mnemonica AACANs because that mountain still needs climbing, but hands down, the most participant-friendly and engaging AACAN is Destiny Deal. It’s my go-to AACAN. As you mentioned at the beginning of the video, different strokes for different folks-there are some effects on your list that just aren’t a fit for me. I also have Evoke and Heroes and Villains. I’m thinking about picking up two more sets of Heroes and Villains to experiment with, split, and gaff. I doubt these will ever be available as refills-that wouldn’t make much sense-but I’d absolutely love a set of 52 Heroes and Villains double-backers. Cheater Chips is also at the top of my list, even though I haven’t gotten my hands on it yet (it’s my Christmas present!). Incidentally, for my 66th birthday this year, I was gifted the Mirage Extreme Eisenhower Dollar Coin Set.

It really has been the Year of the Petty!🎉 I’ve picked up every single one of these but I haven’t yet received focus. In my opinion as a kids entertainer I would rank Toys as No 1, Mind Blox as 2 and Level Up as 3. ❤❤❤Thank you for sharing your creativity with the magic fraternity!🙇🏽♂️🙇🏽♂️🙇🏽♂️
For me, my favourites would be Evoke and Magic Button. Haven’t bought Focus and Cheater Chips yet but I think I’m going to have to buy them now after this video. Hahaha😂 Hopefully they don’t sell out by the time I buy them next year.

I always enjoy Craig's innovations to standard material and his various marked decks are exceptional and, more important, USEFUL! Craig's releases definitely don't lay in the bottom of my drawer. I have one close-up case nearly completed to Craig's effects. Looking forward to seeing what's coming in 2025!
Hobbyist here - can't buy everything. Therefore, my list is short: 1. Evoque (bought it, love it, want a German version) 2. Magic Button (bought it, it's great) 3. Destiny Deal (ordered it, not yet delivered) 4. Infinity deck (picture decks rock, will order it) 5. Bag Reborn (don't know much about it yet, but sounds interesting, would probably fit my style)
Focus really is a great deck of cards. The markings are clear but well hidden. With the Evoke deck, I just cannot read the markings they are far too obscure for me to make out, which is a shame because the concept is amazing, maybe I will "learn to read them" in time. Keep up the good wotk Craig and I hope that 2025 will be more peaceful for you where the haters are concerned.
I got focus Craig and now I wanna use the Nicholas Lawrence vanishing deck and will make focus box appear. Have you thought about combining focus with Nicholas mavresis called Cinemental? I have both and it slays
