UPDATE* Ooooo another one from Tobias 👀👀👀 What do we think? So here’s an update! Since I’ve been practising this and carrying it around with me, I’ve found that Tobias’s get ready using the envelope does work for me. Just goes to show that the review/learning process lasts longer than this video date 🤣
I picked this up, and love it! Very cool routines and super versatile. I haven't developed the confidence to perform it for anyone but my reflection, but I will soon enough. I also own LIQUEFY, also extremely cool, visual and versatile (maybe even more so than REPO!).
Hey Roo! Great review. I just picked this up and I think it's great. I love magic with a minimalist mind set. This trick is just that. It looks so magical! Take care and be well....
I just realised how well your performance actually is when I’m watching it again after your short, since the gimmicks been pretty much exposed I know what this is, as you said it’s a problem with sweaty hands i have a doubt, do we have to “wear” the gimmick or “stick” the gimmick? Great review as usual !
Very kind of you, thank you! Any performance put online I feel should do the effect justice (exposing a method on video via lack of practice, shouldn’t be an option). The gimmick is “stuck” by way of the putty. Unfortunately I’m unable to tell you anymore than that, without risk of exposure. However, I’ve noticed that even during a performance I have the option to reposition the gimmick right in front of specs and it’s fully covered. So, as long as you’re not keeping the gimmick attached for long periods of time, it will be fine.
Bought this and played with it for a couple of hours, it looks amazing, it's just so magical. Stuff like this always make my passion for magic go stronger. It's absolutely angly but since im more of a coin girl it's not really that big of a problem to overcome. I agree on the patty, after repeating some moves, especially with the key, it fell off a bit, was thinking about double stick tape but then the replacement would be a bit of a pain, I'll try another type of patty and see how it goes with that. Have you had any idea for this?
Hi, great review as always. I think I know the method, but wanted to ask, is it something that someone with smaller hands could do? I take it the wider the one part of your anatomy, the easier😂
Thank you! Yep you can do it with small hands (a kid at my local magic club has it and performs it very well). Having one part of your anatomy wider may only aid your angles(but not by much), it won’t aid in the execution though.
@RoosReviews brilliant, thank you for the quick reply. I'm nowhere near your level of expertise, just perform for friends and family when out and about. I wait till they're half drunk, makes it so much easier for me🤣🤣🤣
Haven't performed it yet but during practice, the putty was not working for me at all. The gimmick would always fall off as if the key was too heavy. I replaced the putty with permanent double stick tape to hold the gimmick. During my practice sessions, it hasn't fallen off on me yet with DST, so it might be worth a try.
@@nd4speed I was thinking double stick tape, but I know how easy it looses its stickiness in the long run. I shall give it a try though. Glad to see you’ve found it worked for you!
@@jayfreeman9357 I’ve only reviewed 2 (Optix and this)and at the moment it would be Optix as I’ve used it the most. However this is getting played with more and I’m carrying it around more, so who knows 🤷🏾♂️

Beautiful performance, you nailed it. I've been watching a couple of other reviewers but they all exposed it in their performance lol.
@@fallb0rn oh snap 🤣 👀
A huge TH-camr exposed it when I saw his performance. I let out an audible gasp and kept saying “no bro noooooo whyyyyy” 😂😂
Nice performance and great music choice Roo.
Thank you! 🙂🙌🏽

@@donpodlas5546 thanks for tuning in ! Yes minimalist it is, I look forward to exploring more with it!
I use sticky dots. they’re really easy to come by , not expensive, and clear so it won’t leave a color residue in case it comes off
Great review and performance,I like the idea of using a quiver in the routine.Yet another winner from Tobias, cheers.
Thank you! Yes I believe another reviewer had a performance using quiver, seems like it would work well (especially combing the two routines)
Great review - I’m going to order it NOW!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
My G!

@ that’s great then! Can we show both sides of our hand after producing the chain or is it better not to?
@ better not to, but if you can flash briefly (or by accident) with no problem
@ great then! Thanks!
Come to Blackpool mect year ill get u connected..amd u can jam in personn. Good review
@@MagicianBrendanRodrigues I’m trying man 🤣 It’ll probably be a last minute thing for me next year…..fingers crossed!
@RoosReviews cool
great performance another big youtuber actually flashed giving away the method , but well done to you
@@licclesteve992 Thank you! oh really?! Well that’s unfortunate for sure ☹️

It's junk ..props are too small, but you have to perform it from very far away so it's not exposed.
Ahhh the beauty of opinions….
