A truly stunning camp / location boys, there is so much I could comment on this camp, so I will have to condence my input.
Yes I recon Keith will stick with that tent till next year lol, have you ever considered a bivvy bag , no tent just the bag, with off course a 3x3 mtr tarp 500 demiure, I think that's how it's described.
Re the plastic bags over socks , we was doing this back in the sixties using bread bags, it really works. Some things can not be improved as old school still has its place in some situations.
I overnighter in my car last year at Buttermere, walked around the lake. Truly outstanding vista in every direction.
I could not agree more on what this hobby gives back tenfold to our mental heath. Our overall exceptional spiritual digest.
For me the great outdoors is my indoors, to wake and fall asleep outdoors is second to none.
I might add the editing is exceptional.
Nature is clearly your God. it's always been mine.

Hit the nail on the head with all of these points Alan. Nothing quite like getting out and especially waking up in nature, particularly if you have and amazing sunrise/sunset! Hard to beat for mental recuperation 👌Buttermere is perfection btw, truly exceptional.! Yes we have considered it, would really like to give it a go this summer so let’s see what happens. What a morning that was lads. One of the best camps I'd had in a long time that day. Don't think there is a hobby as good as this that gets that dopamine going.

Amazing lads! That Abisko Shape 2 is mint, the weight is also superb. My Keb Dome 2 is a beast but weighs like one also.

Some stunning shots there . I'm kinda thinking this tent is great for those LONG nights... These camps are just the best huh! I only got one winner camp and film in this year....never enough! Great quality. Keep it up . 👍 I was over on Helvellyn probably a day or two after. Just awesome
It’s perfect for those long nights! Had it up on red tarn by pike o blisco on a solo camp recently. Terrible weather so double polled it and was held up in it for a hours on end. Absolute perfection 👌 always next year pal and spring produces plenty of winter feeling camps, so every chance you’ll be able to get one in! All the best - BR
I've used a Vango tent shaped like that for harsh camps on Sacfell Pike. Defo the best design
Tunnel tents are a tried and tested great design. They offer great weight to room ration and when pitched correctly can be really strong and reliable. All the best - BR

You're not wrong lads. This video has to be up there with the best you've done. All the tried and tested techniques working well as always, but when you get conditions like that, it's made for a really special film.

I looked at the tiger print abisko, then got worried about leaks and seam sealing, bought a used 'new' tn blizzard 2 off the back of the last vid, then scored a hilleberg nallo 2 on eBay 😂😂😂
Haha get the sentiment, if anything though they’ve probably been subjected to even higher QC. I remember reading they got special treatment and taken out and tested again. The blizzard is a cracker if you can pick it up at a bargain and that’s your budgetary limit. Otherwise you’ll likely still have the itch and need a Fjallraven or a Hilli. Sound like you’ve nabbed a bargain mate. Keep up updated on how you get on! All the best - BR
When was this? I camped on Maiden Moor a couple of weeks ago and hardly saw anyone except people on the top top of Dale Head in the snow.
Hi mate and this was around the end of Feb, cracking weekend and heard a few people out the same weekend how special it was!
