This was very inclusive and touched on so much- I needed to reminded . Good point on many things, but esp in re to kidney issues and Pharm meds - now I can appreciate better what I need to admit and follow w/ PKD. Looks like I am reminded in many ways about now - over 210/116. Now I can see my errors more clearly - thank you Dr Sinatra

Thank you so much Dr Sinatra I am a Zimbabwean male working in Sierra Leone for a humanitarian Organization and I am hypertensive (my readings in the range 140-170 systolic & 80-95 dystolic). At other times I have even done 130-135 but not many times. I have drastically changed my lifestyle:stopped alcohol entirely, eating a lot of bananas, pine-apples and doing 10-15mins exercises in my room in the morning before i go to work and in the evening when i come back home. My weight is around 123-125kgs, I am 49 years & 1.78 m tall.I am definitely oing to try out what you have taught us through your video. Please know that your wonderful work is benefiting mankind throughout the World. May Jehovah God richly bless you.

farai, stop eating so called healthy fruits and carbs in general, you will loose the fat in yr belly and in yr liver, all fruit is fructose and glucose breing stored as fat in yr liver. glucose is turned to fat and causes inflamation from constantly high insuline from all the constant sugar in yr blood. if you like heart attack continue to eat carbs, all carbs are sugar and raise the level of sugar in yr blood, insulin is putting that sugar in yr mucle, belly fat and liver under the form of fat, this is making yr blood vessels inflamed and remnant cholesterol will enter yr endothelial layer of yr blood vessels and attract calcification to repare the damage from high insulin. do insuline testing (preferably kraft insuline testing for at lesast 3 hours, probably you are insuline resistant(not yet full blown diabetic, but it is a matter of time) avoid cancer, heart attack stroke and high blood pressure)

      Listen to Wim.
Also tropical fruit raise blood sugar super high. If you must eat fruit, squeeze the juice into your water.
If you can handle it, wash & eat the entire lemon.
For instance, eat your protein, then mix the lemon with your vegetable & eat those together.
I recomend you follow Dr. Eric Berg on TH-cam. He has thousands of very helpful videos. His generous sharing of information with the world had saved my life.
I'd recommend you go on the Ketogenic Diet to greatly improve your life. Dr. Berg will show you the HEALTHY way to do it.

Counting breaths is the easiest meditation method. It's not a contest to see how high you count, just return to 1 and continue. Loved your helpful talk here, so refreshing to hear a doctor speak good sense on this subject. I've had chf for 10 years and a pacemaker for 6 years. I've completely changed my lifestyle: exercise every day, good diet and supplements, and do my best to stay positive. Benzodiazepine withdrawal knocked me for a loop for this last year, I'm still recovering. My BP is normal again and I'm off a bunch meds for the first time in a decade. I know that's risky but it's a risk I'm willing to take. It's as though I have my life back, or maybe life at last. I'm 74.

High vibrational food is the best. Thank you! A doctor that addresses the biological and physiological differences of women. AND discussing alternative as well as pharmalogical solutions. Diet, earthing, Sweating, dancing, movement, fiber... so easy, yet we need to be reminded. You are way ahead of most doctors. Bless you and thanks again.

Incredible what Dr. Sinatrs said about lies, about lying. I never lie, never lied I could say for decades, never because I felt it was not good for me, kind of betraying myself. I discussed that with more than one people, not many agreed with me, or maybe did not even believe me.

higher blood pressure is the body reacting to blood flow obstruction. it is the body's way of compensating for a vessel condition that restricts the proper distribution of oxygen to the brain and other organs. Focably reducing B/P without corrcting the deficiency that caused it may lead to accelerated organ degeneration.

Jaron Martin Cut out all those bad foods ... you may need to fast for 3 days to a week to let you body regulate. Your hungry all the time because your body is leasing too much digestive juices to break down meats and cooked foods... the body need time to change up. Add brown rice and cooked veggies with bowls of fruit. The body will realize the enzyme factor is being put in and slow down your body's output.

All of these great things Dr. Sinatra suggested are incredible. The problem with them is that almost all of them require some sort of habit-breaking or new habit forming and therein lies the problem with 99% of the people who are too lazy or demotivated to form new habits or break old ones because doing so requires weeks of concerted and mindful effort. Not saying it cannot be done, but most people slip up after a week or so.

Do not know how to thank you, Dr. Your advice I must take it seriously and should practice. 100% agree that we should speak the truth. Every harm to mind and body begins with a lie.
I used to say at 6 pm, turn back past 24 hours. If you can say to yourself that you have not told a single lie, that's the way to live a clean life.
Closer to nature living is best. It is best to be in touch with Mother Earth and know to respect her.
I wish, if you are in Sri Lanka with us Dear Dr. Sinatra.

My blood pressure was 175/115 it scared the hell out of me. Within a week I have reduced it to an average of 140/90 by diet allow (not eating rubbish ) after a 3 hours of cycling I reduced it to 122/80
I need to keep the cycling and healthy eating and I’m confident I will bring my blood pressure down without meds.
