    I don’t know what type I am but my Si is bad. I don’t know that I’m thirsty or hungry until my mom tells me that I should be feeling hungry

    I work in the summer heat a lot. I think I'm drinking enough, but I'm not. In the evening, I start to have leg cramps. I don't like to drink plain water. I drink electrolyte water (Dr. Berg brand). I am so focused on my work that I don't drink enough or eat anything. My Son calls me a machine. I receive minor injuries that I find later, A scratch or small cut. Sometimes I find a bruise. I didn't feel them when they happened. Is it high pain tolerance or an INTJ thing? I don't know. I'm relatively new to MBTI. I've always known I was different.

      Love Dr Berg! I'll have to find that and buy some. 5w6 as well. I think it's certainly an INTJ thing.

      Same here. I would just see a bruise on my skin and I don’t know why it’s there. I think it’s Si 8th (not sure about my type).
      If it’s Si 6th, it’s more like feeling angry when you feel physical pain (stub your toe, bite your tongue). My Si isn’t 6th so I don’t get angry at that.
      Sometimes I would forget to shower or do Si stuff until I find out that I smell bad or my mom would tell me that I forgot to shower. And then my mom would get very concerned that I am not doing a lot of Si stuff which isn’t a problem to me.
      I went a day out without drinking water and I came back feeling normal.
      I will know I’m thirsty when I don’t feel like talking (throat dry?)

    It's me or only INTJ notice that everyone don't drink enough water ? Or maybe our INTJ brain need more water than others ?
    I never feel hungry, but I always feel thirsty. I only drink tap water & tea. ~2 Liters by day (67.63 us fl oz) and I never got any issues.
    I knew an ENTJ, he didn't like the taste of water, he always drink else or sparkling water.
    3 years ago I was surprised at a work, that almost no one drank water, while there were water fountains.
    An ESTP, she drank only coffee & Coca-Cola.
    An ISFP got bones issues, cause she drunk only water with minerals.

      My mom said If you drink a lot of water, it’s not going to make you feel hungry. That could explain why you don’t feel so hungry.
      Other than that, I have seen your comments on many other mbti channels. It’s like you are everywhere haha. I also watch your videos!

      @@RaidenShogun.. 😅Thank you. The feeling of thirst and hunger are very similar, and can be confused.
      Drink water also help with concentration. I didn't drink enough water in the past.
      If we take the neurodivergence : Autism & ADHD issues with interoception.
      If we take the psychological types : issues with Si.
      Si & interoception are the same thing for me, and make sense.
      Overall, I have issues with my F & S functions.

      @@ElodieN_INTJ_Typology_Insights I have searched the definition of interoception on google and I can see how it's linked to Si. Nice. What are your issues with your F&S functions?
      For me, I struggle with my Te and Fi as I need to make the steps and to something I dont like but needs to get done. But my Fi is like: nahhhh we could do something that i like later and will make Fi happy.
      For my N/S functions, I get very panic when I am forced to be spontaneous and do something I didn't expect to happen. example, When my dad arrives late but I have something that I wanted to do later and then I'm too late and everything messed up. (not sure about my type as I don't know what's my polr function)
