The original from Chris back in 89 ( which I fell in love with back then) Then there's Diana Ankudinova I love how she took & made a big production without letting it overwhelm her & she turned it into a great Pop song in a modern way with a little Russian folk song style to it. If I remember right, Diana got 2 weeks to prepare the song for the competition. I believe Diana is a either a contralto profondo or a low contralto. Than there's Angelina Jordan's arrangement (WOW ) & composition of it, “Wicked Games” by Chris Isaak th-cam.com/video/5IAMF4FDfw4/w-d-xo.html she went the exact opposite direction completely stripped it down & just her on her little keyboard in her room playing 3-4 cords & just telling a story using her voice, just amazing. At age 11-12. When Angie was asked about this song, she said “one day she just wanted to go into her room & mess around with it” & as they say, the rest is history. I believe Angelina is a low contralto or a dramatic contralto. She can get comfortably low as A2-B2

The first time I witnessed Diana sing was about a year ago when I happened upon this performance of "Wicked Game" on TH-cam. I am a professional singer and entertainer (yes, some may argue about that. Haha), and I have to say that I was as equally floored and amazed when I heard her as I was the first time I heard Dimash. As Dimash can hit those ungodly high notes with flawless ease, Diana's low register is something rarely seen, particularly at her young age. Not only is she a contralto, the fullness and unique tone of her low register really can't be explained. To add to this, when she sings in her upper range - chest and head voice - her tone tends to be light and airy, while still having some lower tones mixed in at times. Also, she can yodel! This is definitely not the norm for a contralto, and I can't wait to see where her talents take her as she matures.
Just a reminder every vocalists are different..but these Awesome female artists are extremely young. They are not yet ADULTS so this is even more extraordinary. We as fans can have preferences but be respectful, kind and keep in mind that each one ☝🏽 of them are YOUNG. 🙇🏻♀️🔎🎶🎵☝🏽🤦🏻♀️🤔💐

Diana has something mysterious, mystical in her voice. She is a dramatic contralto, the rarest contralto-type. If Dimash is the universe, then Diana is the earth, our home... and when you hear her voice, you feel like, she's wrapped you in a warm velvet blanket and serving you a cup of hot, dark chocolate.
The break of voice made her voice darker and deeper. She worked hard to get the lost high notes back and expand her vocal range. She likes to paint and draw, so much that we can be glad that she decided to sing… but have you noticed that she only holds a microphone in her right hand? But she's not just a great singer, she's also a humble young woman, who loves her family and appreciates, what they sacrifice for her. She is a very rare True Contralto. She has been having vocal training from age 5 when her foster/adoptive mother thought singing lessons might help this non verbal child. They found she had a voice that needed to be nurtured and boy how right they were. The original from Chris back in 89 ( which I fell in love with back then) Then there's Diana Ankudinova I love how she took & made a big production without letting it overwhelm her & she turned it into a great Pop song in a modern
way with a little Russian folk song style to it. If I remember right, Diana got 2 weeks to prepare the song for the competition. I believe Diana is a either a contralto profondo or a low contralto. Than there's Angelina Jordan's arrangement (WOW ) & composition of it, “Wicked Games” by Chris Isaak th-cam.com/video/5IAMF4FDfw4/w-d-xo.html she went the exact opposite direction completely stripped it down & just her on her little keyboard in her room playing 3-4 cords & just telling a story using her voice, just amazing. At age 11-12. When Angie was asked about this song, she said “one day she just wanted to go into her room & mess around with it” & as they say, the rest is history. I believe Angelina is a low contralto or a dramatic contralto. She can get comfortably low as A2-B2

The first time I witnessed Diana sing was about a year ago when I happened upon this performance of "Wicked Game" on TH-cam. I am a professional singer and entertainer (yes, some may argue about that. Haha), and I have to say that I was as equally floored and amazed when I heard her as I was the first time I heard Dimash. As Dimash can hit those ungodly high notes with flawless ease, Diana's low register is something rarely seen, particularly at her young age. Not only is she a contralto, the fullness and unique tone of her low register really can't be explained. To add to this, when she sings in her upper range - chest and head voice - her tone tends to be light and airy, while still having some lower tones mixed in at times. Also, she can yodel! This is definitely not the norm for a contralto, and I can't wait to see where her talents take her as she matures.

Since this performance, Igor has taken her under his wing and plays piano for some of her songs. The reason he did not press the button was because he said that he finds the sound alarming and did not wish to disrupt her concentration. He waited for a pause in her singing. @@vlada613 вообще параллельно кто там кого упоминает кмк, как будто на димаше свет клином сошелся. Постоянно всплывает эта тема их дуэта непонятно откуда взявшаяся, скорее всего раздувается какими-то группами фанатов. Самой Диане этот дуэт сам по себе вряд ли что-то может дать - ну возможно какой-то кратковременный пиар, у нее и так хватает известности. Ей продюссер нужен хороший а не дуэт с Димашем.
