I just listened to three versions of this song, Diana as well as Chris Isaak and Angelina Jordan; they all put so much emotion into it. Dear Gitana, this is a talent show in Russia for children that had a hard life. Diana's birth mother severely abused her until she was 5. Then her family took her to an orphanage. Then the woman that adopted her got her voice lessons. I think you missed that the last judge to hit the button was Dimash's partner Igor Krutoy. The translation of this show is You Are Super and after Diana was on the show Igor paid for an apartment in Moscow for Diana & her adoptive family. PLEASE react to her sing Human. This show in Russia is called 'You are Super".. It's to give underprivileged youth an opportunity to participate in a talent competition. Gitana you've come across another of the young talents I follow. (Besides Angelina) “Diana Ankudinova, A Russian National Treasure”, I have been following her for awhile. She is another very interesting story that you will discover.. Wait until you hear "Human" or "Rechenka" Even though it is in Russian you still feel the emotion behind it. I've heard her sing in Russian, English, French and Spanish so far. No matter what language it is beautiful. Her Russian fans are the BEST!

Diana is a "BELTER' like her pop idols. Angelina is always in Quiet mode with only a appropriate high note when necessary. Depends on which style you are into.
Don't be sorry, you finally got there. As with Angelina and Dimash, you will find a huge fan base for Diana. I'm really glad to see you reacting to her. And, although this one is highly requested, I think you will be even more amazed by Rechenka (age 14). Dear Gitana, this is a talent show in Russia for children that had a hard life. Diana's birth mother severely abused her until she was 5. Then her family took her to an orphanage. Then the woman that adopted her got her voice lessons. I think you missed that the last judge to hit the button was Dimash's partner Igor Krutoy. The translation of this show is You Are Super and after Diana was on the show Igor paid for an apartment in Moscow for Diana & her adoptive family. PLEASE react to her sing Human. This show in Russia is called 'You are Super".. It's to give underprivileged youth an opportunity to participate in a talent competition. Diana's birth mother neglected her when she was very young and she was taken to an orphanage. She was eventually adapted by one of the woman who worked at the orphanage because Diana had speech problems.. So, to help her she had her take singing lessons to correct her speech. The singing took off and she started entering talent competitions at 13 years old.. She just turned 17.. Her voice is described a the sound of the Earth.. You'll get what they are talking about if you listen to a song she did when she was 14 years old.. It's called Rechenka (River)
Yes she is a force of nature. She sings with her whole being as though she is channeling the power of the earth itself. Please view and react to her performance of Rechenka. Rechenka is the Russian word for river and it is a Russian folk song. Diana's performance is one of the most primal things I have ever seen on stage. Enjoy!
Have you seen her answering questions that fans send to her on You Tube ? I thought is was very interesting what she said about singing River live . She said she doesn't sing it at performances because it's too exhausting for her .She needs a break after she sings it .
Diana is amazing, almost otherworldly. She can sing nearly anything, and she sings songs in Russian, English, French, Spanish, and German. Impeccable voice control and an amazing vocal range. She is a consummate performer, a real natural. This is just the tip of the iceberg!
A couple of suggestions. For pronunciation, enter her name in Google translate, and then on the Russian side, click on the little speaker to hear her name pronounced. Also, I feel it would serve you well to look into the camera sometimes... especially with those eyes! (This is my first time on your channel.)

Diana had a rough start in life. Her alcoholic mother did not want her and abused and neglected her. She was abandoned at 3 years old. A relative found her and took her to an orphanage. A worker at the orphanage adopted her, and because she could not speak, sent her to a vocal teacher where she was taught to sing, so she could learn to speak. Now look at her!!!
She is 15 years old at this competition for orphaned children. She won the competition two years in a row.

Gitana Adelle, это, действительно, конкурс, похожий немного на Голос, но здесь судьи смотрят на исполнителя сразу и это, я считаю, правильно, ибо можно судить не только по голосу, но и по манере исполнения, по артистизму. Конкурс называется "Ты-супер!", организован для детей из детских домов или живущих у приемных родителей. Диана - приемный ребенок Ирины Поник, у которой есть еще дети, более взрослые. Диана участвовала в данном конкурсе дважды и оба раза стала победителем. Первый раз в 14 лет, второй- в 15 лет.
