The next installment in the Transformers franchise will land in theaters on June 24, 2022, but what that movie is exactly remains to be seen. ... This movie even reportedly has its first star now that Hamilton's Anthony Ramos is in final negotiations for a leading role.
The Transformers movies have always been somewhat of a mixed bag. For every critical darling like 2018’s Bumblebee there’s something like Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen or Transformers: The Last Knight, but it appears the franchise that first got kicked off with the 2007 Michael Bay box office has some new life in the form of multiple upcoming and exciting movies in the very near future.
With the next film in the saga already with a release date (though we don’t know much of anything about the nature of the movie) set for summer 2022 and an adaptation of the computer-generated animated ‘90s series Beast Wars in the works, the dark days of the franchise’s past could very well be behind us, even if we don’t exactly know what’s going on with the Bumblebee sequel. All that being said, let’s dive into what’s next for the Transformers saga. Here is our list of 15 military transformers.

Blackout was my favourite. The "Ghost chopper" entrance he made into Qatar was breath taking.

You can tell in that entrance alone in the Bayformers lore why the Decepticons alone were more in the military wing back on Cybertron and specialized in combat while the Autobots did more of everyday civilian work
Only few of them are good, but the rest are evil. Also there's a Submarine Transformer in The Last Knight, but it's only in vehicle mode.

I think it's a nickname at best, it's literally already a name of one of the most notable combiner formation bots in the franchise, so it's a good thing he is simply called brawl instead.

In most renditions of the character he is extremely imposing and powerful among the regular bots. When the Dinobots, combiners, Sky lynx and others like Metroplex arrive is that he is powercrept to oblivion

What airforce? Seriously though although we dont see it in detail Michael bay has giveing us enough hints to where its obvious that 99 percent of the autobots died during the civil war and what ever were left got hunted down like dogs as seen in transformers 6 aka bumblebee

2:44 And propably a Late Griffon engine variant. This is by the looks of the 2-2 Hispano cannons on the wings, opposed to 1-1 Hispanos, and 1-1 Brownings on Merlin variants, and early Griffon spitfires. But the plane you show is an early Merlin variant (propably Mk.IA, or Mk.IB) a Spitfire that used 8 browning mg-s and no Hispano cannons.
5:26 The Vehicle is a MAZ-7310. Actually this truck has seen civillian use in Russia. Altough not as a Missile carrier, but a heavy offroad transporter.
7:22 also fun fact about the Blackbird, it's the fastest true plane, hitting mach 3 at it's top speed, and it uses 2 muscle car engines to fire up it's P&W J58 Turboramjet engines. He doesn't even need to fight, he can basically outfly anyone.

the fastest air breathing aircraft, there are aircraft faster. the SR-71's true top speed has also never been declassified, "Mach 3" is the estimate and pilots have hinted that's "low end". the fastest manned aircraft ever built, aside from the Space Shuttle, is the X-15
@@Panzer-535 seeing as the SR71 could melt it's outter skin at top speed, it'd only need to be capable of about Mach 7.5 to do so

Bumblebee was also the name of a German Self propelled artillery veicle also known as Hummel during WW2.
And bumblebee of movie first car looks like a Type 97 Japanese light car from the inter war period.
Bumblebee was a VW Beetle, that was an homage to his G1 cartoon appearance.
I’d find it very Stange for Bumblebee to be fighting alongside the Germans since their invasive behavior wasn’t aligned with the Autobot cause.

It's always the deceptions that have the coolest vehicle modes. My favorites from this vid are dropkick, lieutenant, blitzwing, nitrozues, Jetfire, and my top favorites brawl, starscream, blackout, and grindor.
Fun fact grindor and blackout are siblings
Another fun fact: They both died while helping Megatron and trying to take Optimus by surprise
Also a fun fact: the screenwriter for ROTF didn't know whether they were supposed to be the same transformer or not. Suggesting that they reused his model without thinking about the plot implications

4:05 Hate to be that type of Person, but the Mark lV British Tank was from the First World War, and not the second as labeled below in the video, especially since the video already confirmed this fact by saying that the Vehicle was from 1917.

The Aerialbots were a team of five aircraft ment to counter the Con's air superiority:
Silverbolt: Concorde
Air Raid: F-15 Eagle
Skydive: F-16 Fighting Falcon
Fireflight: F-4 Phantom II
Slingshot: Sea Harrier
And you can throw A-10 Thunderbolt II Powerglide in there too!
Autobot Whirl turned into an AH-1 Cobra
Warpath is still one of the most beloved Gen 1 bots and his alt mode was a M551 Sheridan tank.
And then there's Broadside, who triple changed between a F/A-18 Hornet and a Nimitz class aircraft carrier...
The Saab Jas 39 Gripen E is actually a plane built by the country I live in. Sweden and it is our top 1 best war plane we've ever had and still using it once today
That plane is my second favorite swedish thing after Roxette!

Jetfire has always been an interesting one depending on continuity, usually starting as a decepticon or ally of the decepticons and later winding up an autobot.
