- After numorous scored PDMS tests, I was able to nail down the quickest way to flip through PDMS book to score child's performance. It roughly takes me 2 minutes to fill up my sticky note with numbers, which I later use for my annual or initial reports.

If you were reading the scores to a caregiver, would you explain all the scores or just the percentile and age equivalent?
This is how I would relay scores to a parent . “Zoe tested at 20 months for fine motor skills (28 mon delay and considered to be functioning in very poor range) and at 39 months for visual motor skills (9 months delay and is considered to be below average range).
