The baffle and dB insert are 2 different things. If I had to guess, the baffle is permanently installed. The dB insert is removable. I believe it only reduces the sound by a couple of decibels, but you'll have better torque with it installed.

Yes. Very simple, just a couple of screws and it pulls right out

@@mbogart31 how loud without the reducer? I am seriously considering this, but I have just never seen one in person. Reviews are minimal, but seems like a great exhaust. Compared to Rinehart slip ons etc., is it louder? I'm wanting something LOUD! lol
