@ZMTclips i have like a 65 flex and i'm 165lbs 6'0" and i can bench press 190 and curl 135 and it still hasn't broke yet. And i hit the Ground HARD on my slap shots. Mines an Easton S7 lie 5.5

i am having some trouble even getting any lilft on my puck...i am just starting out, do you have any helpful hints?

My hand can't stop low... it keeps on going high and it's so frustrating. Can anyone explain how to stop it from going too high?
Make your curve a bit down when shooting the puck
