      Got my LTDx driver last year, amazing driver, it seems like every time you miss the centre it pulls the ball back on the fairway. As a guy in data science I do believe the machine learnt HOT face definitely helps. Used to have a Speedzone Extreme and now I think probably I'd stay with Cobra drivers forever...🤣

    • @rtfcomputing4614

      @@ZHAOJINXIAN I started playing Cobra in 2014. At the time, needed senior flex shafts and they were the only ones offering it on their website without it being a custom order. Love the adjustability and have had the same shafts now my 3rd driver head & wood heads. Hard to beat that kind of flexibility especially since my shafts are shorter than standard.

    Just had my fitting at the Calgary location, the LS outperformed all the big names to my surprise by 10 plus yards, it also looked the best at address. Of course it got the special treatment with custom weights.

  • @mikeguilfoyle8973
    @mikeguilfoyle8973 ปีที่แล้ว

    After a fitting on July 26th, I went with the Cobra AeroJet LS driver. Love it. Had my 1st 300 yard drive of the summer last Thursday at 305 yards in the fairway, in only my 3rd round of the new driver. Went with the Kai'li Blue 60S shaft and set the driver at 10.5 degrees with the 12 g weight in the heel and the 3 g weight in the toe. My fitter was great. He recommended some golf ball choices that will go well with this driver. I would definitely recommend a fitting if you are considering new equipment.

    Love cobra golf, great quality from irons to driver
    I became a big fan after F7 they brought in the rail technology for the woods and hybrid.

    Great review

    • @ShawnLindsay23
      @ShawnLindsay23 ปีที่แล้ว

      100% agree, and yet Cobra is still so underrated as a brand...I think to a lot of people they think it is the poor mans brand, which is not true. I have both the F9 and the Speedzone drivers, and I prefer the F9 over the Speedzone, however, on certain courses I will use the Speedzone. I use the 2017 F-Max irons (I have a bad back and they are so light, they just work great for me) and they are really nice looking. Then I have the Speedzone woods, which really are amazing, and then all Cobra King MIM wedges in various degrees, which I absolutely love.
      I am the only one out of my group of friends that use Cobra, however, when Bryson got in the spotlight they all wanted to try my driver and an iron or wedge here or there...mostly driver, and they were all very impressed with both the F9 and Speedzone. They are all Taylormade guys, which is fine with me...play what you like and what works for you, however, my best friend tried my 56° MIM wedge and fell in love with it and bought a couple himself, so out my closest 7-8 friends I play with he is the only one that plays a couple Cobra MIM wedges.
      Back to what I said about people thinking it is almost a poor mans brand, well, I can afford whatever golf clubs I want, Titleist, Taylormade etc...and I still choose Cobra and not because they are a little less expensive (usually around $50 less for their driver compared to all the others if I recall correctly) but because I get great performance out of them and I like the looks as well, except the LTD's last year. A lot of people think Cobra are cheaply made clubs, but obviously they are not.

    Interesting to me that they went away from the milled face. To me, that is what set Cobra apart in terms of looks and a driver, wonder if there was a technical reason or maybe it was too expensive?

    • @JMEAUS22

    Not better than my tsi (distance wise) imo it felt better and looks pretty cool. But I wasn’t hitting it tighter or longer (no I’m not loyal to a brand I’ll jump in a second) however I couldn’t go velocore for velocore in this comparison (I tried AD tour) which was worse 1.5 years ago than ventus shafts for me personally. However it wasn’t far behind either and if you are looking for a newer driver (not having one within the past 2/3 years this is worth the look it did feel slightly light to me though)
    All I’m saying as usually try your set up against any of these new drivers first don’t just buy them. (Sure most know this but not everyone)
