Shame on those copper pipe thieves....stealing pipe and not shutting off the water. I wish they were caught😡 so many abandoned homes are thieve targets on explores . thanks for sharing James!
I don't think the scrappers cause the flooding, it happens to a lot of houses when the sump pump stops working. Also doesn't help if the eaves troughs aren't maintained. Not at all trying to defend the thieves though! 😂 Glad you enjoyed it Deborah and thanks so much for the comment!!
Other than someone telling me the same thing a few days ago, that is the first time i have ever heard that mentioned. Lol Glad you are enjoying the videos though and thanks a lot for the comment!!
I would like to say I really respect the way you never judge people ❤. We have no idea what the previous owners had going on. It was a nice house in its day. I agree that it was probably an elderly person. I hope I haven’t upset anyone 😢 I can’t believe the Harley jacket is still there !! Someone had a love of old cars and good taste in motorcycles!! Thanks for sharing and maybe get a pair of hip waders🤣 Pam ❤️
You make a good point, we don't always know what may have happened in these people's lives and that's why I try to remain neutral. Glad you enjoyed this one and thank you very much for your comment!!
Thanks for another great video James. Yes, I'd say an older couple lived there, that probably couldn't move around very well. considering the condition of the house, shame though. Keep up the hard work James. You never disappoint. Much love and stay blessed🥰🤗😇❤✌👍🙏
Ya, i shape t that maybe the owner was elderly and wasn't able to move around as much as they wanted. Just a guess anyway, especially after seeing those hand marks on the walls. Thank you very much for the comment Deborah!!
Hi friend! Around 19:40-19:44 time frame that lead hanging on the wall is a groomers helper! (I use them at work to hold dogs on the table so I can groom them safely!) so maybe someone who lived here use to groom dogs? Hm!! Interesting! And all that hair!! Oh my gosh!!
Haha ya, i have heard that Brandon does that too! I had to pass on a few of them recently because I haven't replaced my boots yet too and it kills me. Lol one of them was like 8 feet or more deep, so there is no doing that one without scuba gear! Lol
Static Spaces thanks for sharing this video with me about What Happened to the Dog Loving Owners of this Now Abandoned House!? it was a real shame about the house and also it is a shame about your boots that was brand new leaking it was a real shame and thanks for sharing and God bless i think you should return your boots get your money refunded.
In retrospect they weren't really new but they just didn't last as long as I would have expected. It's always a nasty surprise when you discover a leak in your rubber boots. 😂 Glad you enjoyed this one and thanks so much for the comment!!
In the day, that was a beautiful house. It has great bones. It would be a great fixer upper. The people were just filthy that lived there. Great video.
Oh, James, I could smell this place while you were walking around! The combination of dog smell, cigarettes and flooded basement must've been gross. I'm with you, the layout of that kitchen was pretty nice. The fireplace was gorgeous! I've never seen a colored tub with jets until this place. Also, I wonder if they did dog washing in the laundry room - I say this because it looked like an industrial toilet roll holder in the small bath off of it and I don't think someone would use that in a "regular" bathroom.
It was stinky for sure and wasn't actually pleasant but it wasn't a nauseating smell either thankfully. You could be right about the dog washing in the laundry room and i didn't notice the industrial toilet roll holder but certainly an odd thing to find in a home! Thanks so much for the comment KMF!!
It’s a shame to have a great house but it’s never taken care of properly. Most people would respect a clean place to live. You can tell the people that were there did not clean properly even after a 10 to15 year abandonment. Plus all the weird wires running outta the walls.
They definitely struggled with the upkeep of their home but I try not to judge too much because, we don't know what they may have been going through. Thanks very much for the comment!!
I have to admit the house I'm in has smoke stains in some areas. I wasn't a smoker, but I had family that were big time. I guess I'm so used to it that it doesn't really faze me, plus I really don't like painting much. I'm also a bit lax when it comes to dusting, although I'm tryin to be better about it. Seein all that definitely makes me wanna take the vacuum after it!
Hi James! Nice house, although that basement and all the other dust and dirt around the house was pretty disgusting. I’m sure it was nice when it was newly built at least. I feel so, so, sorry for the poor dogs. They obviously weren’t looked after or got any attention which is terrible! Some people shouldn’t. be allowed to own a pet. I mean, what’s the point if you aren’t going to treat them like they deserve? That really annoys me. I hope they are safe wherever they are if they are still around. Anyway. Thanks for the video!
I honestly didn't get the impression that the dogs were mistreated thankfully, if i had you would hear about it. They did have a nice big fenced in area to run around in outside, so i would imagine they had a good life. The mess however is something else. 😂 Thank you very much for the comment Stephanie!!
@@StaticSpaces me and my assumptions again. I’ve just seen too many ads of poor dogs and other pets and animals not treated well. My dog wouldn’t scratch a door to get out, but then I keep an eye on him. Where he’s going and what he’s doing. I know that’s not always possible. There’s a few occasions I find him waiting at the back door gently pawing it.
That's the impression i got, that the dog was gently pawing at the door when it wanted to go outside or whatever. My dog used to do that either on the inside or outside of the bedroom.
I agree with you , not much cleaning happened in this place. Either couldn’t or wouldn’t! I do feel sorry for the dogs I don’t think they got out like they should ,and out to go to the bathroom. I say dogs because of the black fur and lighter fur. I have my MC endorsement and We ride, so I love the Harley jacket. This place needs a bucket of hot soapy water lol I think it’s fun to try and figure out who lived in these places by what they left.Oh No leaky boots. Sterilize your feet when you get home ! lol😊
Oh cool! I have been on a small motorcycle once, riding on the back, it was enough for me. Lol I must admit, you need to have a real love for riding to do it on a regular basis. A thorough cleaning and it could be a nice house once again. Thank you very much for the comment Cee Cee!!
This place is surely disgusting. Thank goodness I cant smell that through the screen. That sucks about your boots. I hate wet socks. Its too bad it was left like this. Im glad you showed the electronics, I love that. Thank you. Another great explore JH. Big Hugs. 😊😊 P.s. i hope you aint no Bieber fan. Hehe

Oh my goodness James. I can’t believe how some people can live in such filth🤮 These people who lived here never heard of a vacuum. Those carpets with all the dog fur where never vacuumed EW. Judging by all the dog fur they must have had at least 2 dogs, one black and one white. The black crap on the ceiling I never saw such filth like that in all my years of living. At least we didn’t have to endure the stench like you did. That basement had 2 parts deep and deeper. I’m sorry but I couldn’t help but laugh when you said your boot had a hole in it.😆It was funny. Maybe you can return them to the store where you bought them. James you are a one-of-a-kind guy who will endure anything and everything for us your fans. This nasty gross house proved that. I guess they really weren't all that new but maybe i just haven't worn them all that much, they aren't really an everyday type of footwear. They got a split at the back where the heal is, so normal wear and tear i guess. I think this one is owned by a developer and is likely awaiting demolition and it almost definitely isn't insured either since a home needs to checked on regularly for a policy to stay in effect.
