So your just wired a 2nd battery in parallel ini order to "jump start" the charger. What if I use a 12V lead-acid battery from my car? Can I use jumper cables from the car to this "too dead to know better battery", to get the charger to kick on?
My battery will restart when I unhook it for 30 secs and the charger will start and show charging for about 5 mins then it says the battery is fully charged and shows 14v then as soon as I put a tiny load on it it drops to 10v and bms cuts it off the batteries are brand new any idea what would cya use this
First off, I wouldnt do that. The price point for that used to be the key to easy and cheap lithium upgrade but if you dont run a balancing 12v charger then you might have problems down the road. I would use this charger for 4 individual 12v batteries after Ive had time running individual batteries - amzn.to/3uPZdKI
Yep, can confirm it works with lithium batteries too. I've plugged a Type-C PD trigger that takes 12V from power bank (these trigger modules are very cheap), connected 2 cables to this trigger and connected the cables to the battery, the charger started the charging process immediately.
I'm curious about the adapters you bought for the msa wheels. Did you order them? What name brand tire is on the cushman? Thank you
Excellent battery hack right there brother. You can also do the same for drill batteries that won't charge.
exactly

Ive done it before. Just want to make sure the voltage is similar.

Is that battery charger also for LED batteries? I am looking to buy an 8V battery charger

I have a summit 2 charger
over time they will get out of balance with that charger as well.

Works on your tool batteries also ... any Lithium

Cool. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks
If you don't have a spare battery, use a "non" smart battery charger to kick start it. Will do the same thing.
Nice tip 👍🏼
Forget the charger… that laser is fire!
