Awesome job fellas...only thing I would have done is to put locktite on the bearing retainer bolts... sometimes they can back out and rub against the gears...but you do excellent work IV been watching your videos now for a few years

Very cool! I have rebuilt plenty of CR-250's, but we didn't get this variant in America with RC Valve and oil injection as they were MotoCross engines. MT-250 was our street legal motor based on 73 CR-250.

Never sand blast an engine because the grit becomes embedded in to the metal being blasted.
