With my skills, I could have made this video...of course, I would have had to end it at the 8:05 mark and title it "How to Strip a Motorcycle for the Scrapyard!" Great Job, guys! Very thorough. Loved the paint!
You guys are unbelievably talented. Your making American mechanics look silly. Over here some cocky smart mouthed overpaid mechanic will tell you it's not worth it to restore 50cc bikes. You exposing dealerships and the entire industry. What gets me most is the bare feet! There is no way I would work on anything in bare feet. Over guys it's hundred bucks to diagnose and hundred bucks an hour to fix it. And we can't get to it till next month. Not many people realized the drive and discipline it takes to see projects like this through, start to finish. It always used to piss me off on the chopper builds ,they would make such a big deal over something like the wrong part got delivered or someone had to WELD something. You guys just power right through everything even the dash! Good work . Thanks for inspiring me. Keep up the good work . I'll be watching
Hustler ? In England its called a TS50 ER. I restored 3 of them back in the 80s. They are a great little bike and run great, specially with a Mallossi 65cc big bore kit on them, which is what i did. Great job guys.
What a cute, little, green froggy bike. I'd love it as my roundabout if I had a lakeside summer cabin or something like this. Go places, run errands, bring some groceries from the town etc
Also,I watched a Japanese restoration channel. They had solvent for restoring black plastic to better than new. Is that Kawasaki green on a Suzuki I'm surprised you did go with yellow. Those little bike put the biggest smile on faces.
Great work and very entertaining video. The final product is better looking than the original. My only comment is that the carburator internals and fasteners perhaps were not up to the same level of detail as the rest of the bike.
There were MR 50 & 80 sold by Yamaha in the same era got similar attractive and solid, the only difference was MR engine sound was so mild & soft compares to other two stroke engines built by the competitors.
Few people would rebuild a 50cc. I love it! Good job!
Great restoration, the suzuki TS50 was my 1st bike when I was 16......brings back good memories
Hi, what the year of the Suzuki TS50 ??
It is nice to see them using protective gear. Eye protection, breathing masks, leather gloves. And, a beautiful rebuild!
Washing parts with what looked like gasoline? Super dangerous if so.
@@paulgaudin4526 you are dum
смотрю очередное видео и просто нету слов вы молодцы что восстанавливаете такие мотоциклы он просто классный парни привет из России
Nostalgic! 1979 This is the first bike I bought.
Many memories of repairs come to mind.
from Japan!
I love it! Probably my favourite of your restorations so far. I absolutely love the colour scheme! I wish I could buy it and ship it to me in Germany.
O cara é fera, recupera qualquer moto totalmente destruída.
このバイクは日本の50ccのバイクの黄金期を代表するものです。いずれ日本からは50ccのバイクは姿を消すと思われます。今となっては貴重なバイクです。それにしても、いつもながら素晴らしいレストア技術には感心させられます。
En Japón no se comercializan motos 125cc?
Sad to here that 😥

them engine brackets for the 50cc had them spacers in them too lol you could clearly see it had room for engine upgrade.

Parabéns pelo trabalho. Aqui no Brasil, a gente tinha uma moto parecida: Yamaha DT 180. Um clássico.

Verry Nice work.Good lack. From Jörgen in Sweden.
You could put a low volume soundtrack in the video to avoid sleepness, besides that it's perfect, great job by the way!
