For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
      John 3:16 KJV
The wages of sin is death (hell) but Jesus paid our debt on the cross, for our salvation! We must turn to God and away from our sinful ways, Confess Jesus is Lord and believe with our hearts that he was risen from the dead by God, and we must be baptized in the name of the Father, the Son and The Holy Spirit and live by His word and Commandments! Trust that God will help with the rest!

There are about 300 times more American men who are under 5'8" than who are at least 6'6". The short guys overpower the tall guys on sheer numbers. The fact that it is so close, shows what an advantage height is.

Highest winning percentage in the LAST 90 YEARS. Above Shula. Above Lombardi. Only one guy above and it was 100 years ago.
Strong argument as being most popular, by _both_ players and fans.
So enigmatic that they named a football game after him.
Was so beloved that people were interested in where he ate in cities before games. Or in the booth. Made Thanksgiving great again.
Created awards in his name and NOBODY argued his choices. Talk about a man that could do not wrong.
Made heroes and folk legends of less famous players just for making one historic play - with or without their helmet missing !

5:24 to add on to your 3rd point about tall guys normally playing TE or lineman, I think that's mainly a coaching thing. When a 6'5+ highschool player says he's a receiver, 90% of coaches tell them to bulk up and play TE. As someone who was 6'5 and 185 lbs my senior year of highschool (bulked up from 160 to 185 at my coach's request), I hated being slotted in as a blocker at TE instead of lining up on the outside as a primary receiving target and ended up quitting the team cause of that. The transition from highschool football to pickup games in college was super fun tho 😅

THANK you for showing 24 Everson Walls being beat on that outtro Carmichael touchdown, ha ha. Everson was a nice guy, a great guy, but I watched every play he made and he was beat over and over and over and over. That positioned him perfectly to intercept underthrown balls, more common than you think, as QB is hit or pressured. Most people only saw him on weekly highlights and thought he was great. Unfortunately he was beat more than any DB I've ever seen. BTW, he was on the cover of Sports Illustrated - being beat by Dwight Clark making "The Catch".

I have been discussing this topic for years. I played corner when I was young and | was 5"9. I think receiver size is a response to corner size. Corner size is a response to receiver size in return. Both follow trends in football that last years. Smart coaches are the reason it happens. Because of this players cannot be compared from different eras. This applies to all positions in team sports really. Often teams that are not good in one era will adapt first and start trends in the following era. Shifty receivers will do well in an era where big corners started to work against big receivers. Understand? It is a never ending cycle that is the basis for successful strategic coaching like Belichick pulled off.

I remember Matt Jones made waves when he ran a 4.37 in the 40 yard dash at the combine. Converted QB or not, hard to not to take a chance on a guy like that; you can teach a guy to run routes and catch passes, but not how to be tall and fast.
That situation in Jacksonville was pretty interesting for going against multiple stereotypes; the fast, athletic QB moved to WR was a white guy, while all three QBs on the roster were black guys who were not particularly athletic at all.

Solid vid, would've liked for the brief Madden tribute alone. He said it best at Summerall's funeral, ironically, "This is the third goodbye. It's the toughest."

Carmichael was unstoppable. As you've said, receivers could be hit a lot more in that era, but Carmichael had such arm length that he could often avoid contact at a distance that still afforded him separation. Of course, the 'throw high' strategy was huge as well. Truly a great NFL player.

I hope he makes a video about Tight ends and running backs.
It would be amazing if there was a 6’2 185 speedy RB.
Like a track runner transitioning into football.

Kris Durham was a guy I was trying to remember for years lol, because I remember watching a Lions game once and seeing Kris Durham and Megatron and I was just thinking about how crazy it was that their receivers were so huge.

Look @KTO I'm sure you have hundreds of ideas on football videos, but one idea I would really love to see is the top players to come out of the "U" in no way am I a fan of Miami football, but Miami was a powerhouse in the 90's and early 2000's.... Being a Texans fan, Andre Johnson was my favorite of course, but Ed Reed and Sean Taylor were beast also.... I think that would be an badass video to make
