  • Healthy Ragi dessert made with coconut milk||by @CookingWithMama100 #healthy #dessert #ragi
    ingredients
    Raagi 1 cup
    coconut milk 2 &1/2 cup
    ghee 2-3 tsp
    jaggery 250 gram
    dark chocolate 50 gram (optional)
    seasoning (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds) optional
    method
    - take 1 cup of raagi flour and add 2 cups of coconut milk to make sure the runny paste .
    - in a pan add ghee then add jaggery and coconut milk cook till jaggery melt it.
    - add raagi paste in it and stir continuously to combine thick dough.
    - add dark chocolate if you want it's totally optional but taste enhance to next level.
    - transfer into Greece pan and set raagi into room temperature or keep 15 minutes into fridge.
    - now seasoning with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and sesame seed .
    - cut into pieces and enjoy.
    it's healthy tasty dessert.
