Here's a simple recipe to make coconut milk at home:
Ingredients:
- 2 coconut fresh
- 2 cups of water
Instructions:
1. **Blend**: open the soft part of coconut and take out all water so when you try to break water will not spoil at all , next break it and cut it roughly into pieces. Put it into a blender as a small batch and grind it with a thick paste.
2. **Strain**: Pour the mixture through a nut milk bag, cheesecloth, or a fine mesh strainer into a bowl or jar. Squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
3. **Store**: Transfer the coconut milk to a jar or container and refrigerate. It will keep for up to 4-5 days in the fridge. Shake well before using as it may separate.
Enjoy your homemade coconut milk in smoothies, curries, or as a dairy-free milk substitute!
Mango coconut popsicle
- 2 mangoes
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
-1/4 cup coconut milk
instructions
- add all together into blender make a thick paste and pour into popsicle mold keep into freezer till 5 to 6 hours to completely set.
